技术领域
本发明涉及一种风力涡轮机发电机。
优选地,本发明涉及一种用于直接驱动型(direct-drive)风力涡轮机的发电机。
背景技术
发电机通常包括:围绕旋转轴线延伸的管状第一支撑结构;围绕旋转轴线延伸的第二支撑结构,该第二支持结构基本上与第一支撑结构同轴并被装配至第一支撑结构以围绕旋转轴线旋转;装配至第一支撑结构的第一有功部件;以及装配至第二支撑结构的第二有功部件,该第二有功部件面向第一有功部件并通过一环形间隙与第一有功部件间隔开。

虽然直接驱动型风力涡轮机比齿轮箱类型在机械上更有效且维护更廉价,并且,同步发电机比异步类型在电力上更有效,但是,直接驱动型风力涡轮机的特征在于相当低的旋转速度,其与对越来越多的电力需求结合在一起,使得必须使用具有多个磁极和高的最大扭矩的永磁体同步发电机并由此必须使用大型发电机,这会产生结构问题。
第一支撑结构和第一有功部件限定发电机的定子或转子,并且第二支撑结构和第二有功部件限定转子或定子,因此,发电机越大,第一和第二支撑结构越大。此外,因为其整体上压在风力涡轮机结构上,所以必须将发电机的重量保持在给定极限内,在该极限之上或高于该极限都需要更大、更昂贵的风力涡轮机。而且,优选地是,第一和第二支撑结构不用太大或太重。
第一支撑结构通常由管状结构限定,除了支撑第一有功部件以外,该管状结构还整体上限定风力涡轮机的承载结构元件,例如,如在EP1,425,840和EP 2,102,496中所示出的。结果,第一支撑结构受到通常小量的应变,特别是在组装过程中,但也可能在发电机的操作过程中。然而,即使第一支撑结构的小量应变也可能由于改变第一和第二有功部件之间的环形间隙而具有严重后果,并由此损害发电机的操作。事实上,通常做法是将环形间隙的径向尺寸减到最小,以提高发电机的效率并减小通量分散,但是,通常必须将环形间隙的尺寸制造得过大,以防止第一支撑结构的应变影响发电机。

根据本发明,提供一种用于风力涡轮机的发电机;该发电机包括:
-管状第一支撑结构,围绕旋转轴线延伸;
-第二支撑结构,围绕旋转轴线延伸,该第二支撑结构基本上与第一支撑结构同轴并装配至第一支撑结构以围绕旋转轴线旋转;
-第一有功部件,装配至第一支撑结构;
-第二有功部件,装配至第二支撑结构,该第二有功部件面向第一有功部件并通过一环形间隙与第一有功部件间隔开;以及
-径向张紧装置(tensioning device),被设计为围绕旋转轴线调节第一支撑结构的形状。
因此,可调节第一支撑结构的圆形形状,以控制环形间隙的径向尺寸,且如果必须的话可对该环形间隙的径向尺寸进行校正(correct)。
在本发明的一个优选实施方式中,径向张紧装置包括:环形板;以及从环形板延伸至第一支撑结构的多个径向臂。
因此,环形板提供高度的结构硬度,同时径向臂允许在第一支撑结构的不同部件之间交换力,并允许第一支撑结构的局部变形以校正其圆形形状中的任何缺陷(flaw)。
更具体地,每个径向臂与环形板连接以相对于旋转轴线径向地滑动,并可固定至环形板。
在本发明的另一优选实施方式中,发电机包括径向张紧装置和第二支撑结构之间的轴承。
因此,径向张紧装置提供了对第一支撑结构的圆形形状的校正以及第一和第二支撑结构的同轴对准。

具体实施方式
图1中的数字1表示用于产生电力的直接驱动型风力涡轮机整体,并且,其包括垂直支撑部2;机舱(nacelle)3;发电机4;以及装配至机舱3以围绕旋转轴线A1旋转的旋转组件5。机舱3进而装配至垂直支撑部2,以围绕旋转轴线A2旋转;并且,在所示实例中,发电机4是永磁体同步发电机。

14.一种风力涡轮机,包括:竖直结构(2);机舱(3),位于所述竖直结构(2)的顶部上;叶片组件(5),以旋转方式装配至所述机舱(3);以及根据权利要求1所述的发电机(4)。
