Claims (9)

1. Необработанной водный экстракт сорта Stevia Rebaudiana cultivar, содержащий ребаудиозид D, ребаудиозид M, ребаудиозид N и ребаудиозид O, имеющий общее содержание стевиоловых гликозидов, определенных как сумма концентраций ребаудиозида А, ребаудиозида В, ребаудиозида С, ребаудиозида D, ребаудиозида E, ребаудиозида F, ребаудиозида M, ребаудиозида N, ребаудиозида O, стевиозида, стевиолбиозида, дулькозида А и рубузозида, мас./мас. в пересчете на сухую массу, где относительная концентрация ребаудиозида M к общему содержанию стевиоловых гликозидов превышает 1,4% и, где сумма относительных концентраций ребаудиозида D, ребаудиозида Е, ребаудиозида N и ребаудиозида O к общему содержанию стевиоловых гликозидов больше 5,8%, причем относительная концентрация рассчитывается следующим образом:
относительная концентрация стевиоловых гликозидов = [концентрация стевиоловых гликозидов (% мас./мас. в пересчете на сухую массу) / общее содержание стевиоловых гликозидов (% мас./мас. в пересчете на сухую массу)] x 100.
2. Пищевой продукт, напиток или другой потребляемый продукт, содержащий экстракт по п. 1.
3. Неочищенный водный экстракт по п. 1, полученный способом, включающим стадии: получение листьев Stevia rebaudiana, где листья Stevia rebaudiana содержат ребаудиозид М в относительной концентрации более 1,4%; предоставление растворителя, содержащего воду; приведение в контакт листьев Stevia rebaudiana с растворителем для экстракции гликозида стевиола из листьев; и отделение листьев Stevia rebaudiana для получения жидкого водного экстракта стевии.
4. Водный экстракт стевии по п. 3, в котором способ дополнительно включает переработку и очистку водного экстракта для получения композиции стевии с содержанием общего стевиолгликозида по меньшей мере 6,9% (мас./мас. в пересчете на сухое вещество).
5. Необработанный водный экстракт по п. 1, где относительная концентрация ребаудиозид D составляет по меньшей мере 2,4%.
6. Необработанный водный экстракт по п. 1, где относительная концентрация ребаудиозида N составляет по меньшей мере 1,6%.
7. Необработанный водный экстракт по п. 1, в котором относительная концентрация ребаудиозида Е составляет по меньшей мере 1,0%.
8. Необработанный водный экстракт по п. 1, в котором относительная концентрация ребаудиозида О составляет по меньшей мере 0,8%.
