Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예 1-1에서 얻어진 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자의 선 분석 결과이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 4-4에서 얻어진 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자의 STEM 사진 및 매핑 결과이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예 4-4에서 얻어진 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자의 선 분석 결과이다.

Claims (13)
- 자외선 및/또는 근적외선을 차폐하는 목적으로 사용되는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물이며,
상기 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제가 산화아연 입자에 적어도 규소를 도프시킨 규소 도프 산화아연 입자의 표면의 적어도 일부가 규소 화합물로 피복된 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자를 포함하는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물이 유리용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물이 클리어 도막용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자가,
상기 규소 도프 산화아연 입자의 아연(Zn)과 규소(Si)의 몰비(Si/Zn)가 증대하도록 제어된 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자이며, 상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자를 분산매에 분산시킨 분산액에 있어서의 파장 200nm로부터 380nm의 영역에 있어서의 평균 몰 흡광계수가 증대하도록 제어된 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자가,
상기 몰비(Si/Zn)가 저하하도록 제어된 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자이며, 상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자의 파장 780nm로부터 2500nm의 영역에 있어서의 평균 반사율이 증대하도록 제어된 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 규소 도프 산화아연 입자의 아연(Zn)과 규소(Si)의 몰비(Si/Zn)가 다른 적어도 2종류의 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및 근적외선 차폐제 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자가 상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자에 포함되는 산소 또는 수소 이외의 단수 또는 다른 복수의 원소(M)와 상기 수산기(OH)의 결합인 M-OH 결합의 비율, 또는 상기 규소 화합물에 포함되는 규소(Si)와 상기 수산기(OH)의 결합인 Si-OH 결합의 비율이 저하하도록 제어된 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자이며,
또한, 파장 780nm로부터 2500nm의 영역에 있어서의 평균 반사율, 또는 상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자를 분산매에 분산시킨 분산액에 있어서의 파장 200nm로부터 380nm의 영역에 있어서의 평균 몰 흡광계수의 적어도 어느 하나가 증대하도록 제어된 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 M-OH 결합의 비율이 적외 흡수 스펙트럼에 있어서의 파수 100cm-1로부터 1250cm-1의 상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 유래의 피크를 파형 분리함으로써 산출되는 것이며,
상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자가 상기 파형 분리된 각 피크의 총 면적에 대한 파형 분리된 M-OH 결합으로부터 유래되는 피크의 면적 비율이 제어된 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물. - 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 Si-OH 결합의 비율이 적외 흡수 스펙트럼에 있어서의 파수 800cm-1로부터 1250cm-1의 상기 규소 화합물 유래의 피크를 파형 분리함으로써 산출되는 것이며,
상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자가 상기 파형 분리된 각 피크의 총 면적에 대한 파형 분리된 Si-OH 결합으로부터 유래되는 피크의 면적 비율이 제어된 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물. - 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자가 상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자에 포함되는 상기 M-OH 결합의 비율 또는 상기 Si-OH 결합의 비율을 상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자를 분산매에 분산시킨 분산체의 상태에서 제어된 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 분산체가 도막, 필름상 또는 유리이며, 상기 분산체가 열 처리된 것이며, 상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자가 상기 열 처리에 의해 상기 평균 반사율 또는 상기 평균 몰 흡광계수가 제어된 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자는 단일의 산화아연 입자의 표면, 또는 복수개의 규소 도프 산화아연 입자가 응집한 응집체의 표면의 적어도 일부를 규소 화합물로 피복한 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자이며,
상기 규소 도프 산화아연 입자, 또는 규소 도프 산화아연 입자의 응집체의 입자 지름이 1nm 이상 100nm 이하인 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 규소 화합물이 비정질의 규소 산화물인 규소 화합물 피복 규소 도프 산화아연 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명재용 자외선 및/또는 근적외선 차폐제 조성물.
