Description
도 2은 실시예 2 내지 4 및 비교예 1에서 얻은 복합 산화물 블랙 안료(측정용 시료)의 분광 투과율의 측정 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3은 실시예 3 및 비교예 1에서 얻은 복합 산화물 블랙 안료(측정용 시료), 및 CB, AMA, 및 ATO(측정용 시료)의 분광 투과율의 측정 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4는 온도 상승 억제 효과의 확인 시험 (1)의 결과를 나타낸 온도 상승 곡선이다.
도 5는 실시예 8, 9 및 비교예 3, 4에서 얻은 복합 산화물 블랙 안료(측정용 시료)의 분광 투과율의 측정 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (15)
- 가시광선 및 근적외선을 흡수하는 특성을 갖고, 구리, 망간 및 철을 포함하는 주성분 금속의 산화물로 이루어진 복합 산화물 블랙 안료로서,
400 내지 1000nm의 파장역에서, 상기 복합 산화물 블랙 안료는 600 내지 800nm의 파장역에서 투과율이 극소가 되는 극소 파장을 가지고,
망간/철의 몰비가 3/1 내지 30/1이며, 구리/(망간+철)의 몰비가 1/2 내지 1.2/2이고,
칼슘 및 마그네슘 중의 적어도 어느 하나의 2가 금속이, 상기 구리에 대해 2 내지 10몰%의 비율로 도입되어 있으며,
10% 이하의 헤이즈(haze)를 가지는 복합 산화물 블랙 안료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
Cu(Mn,Fe)2O4의 조성으로 표시되는 스피넬 구조(spinel structure)를 갖고, 30m2/g 이상의 BET 비표면적을 갖는 복합 산화물 블랙 안료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
40m2/g 이상의 BET 비표면적을 갖는 복합 산화물 블랙 안료. - 투명 기재(基材), 및 상기 투명 기재의 표면 위 및 그의 내부 중의 적어도 어느 한 쪽에 분산된 상태로 배치되는 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합 산화물 블랙 안료를 포함하는, 푸르스름한 중성 회색 색채(bluish, neutral gray color)를 갖는 물품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
CIE LAB(L*a*b*) 표색계(表色系' colorimetric system)에서, -4 내지 0의 a 좌표값(coordinate) 및 -8 내지 0의 b 좌표값을 갖는 물품. - 수지 재료 및, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합 산화물 블랙 안료를 포함하는 적외선 차폐용 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
주석 도핑 산화 인듐, 안티몬 도핑 산화 주석 및 도전성 산화 아연으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 적외선 차폐 재료를 추가로 포함하는 적외선 차폐용 조성물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
코팅제 또는 접착제인 적외선 차폐용 조성물. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
코팅제 또는 접착제인 적외선 차폐용 조성물. - 제 6 항에 기재된 적외선 차폐용 조성물로 이루어진 표피층을 포함하는 합성 피혁.
- 제 7 항에 기재된 적외선 차폐용 조성물로 이루어진 표피층을 포함하는 합성 피혁.
- 제 8 항에 기재된 적외선 차폐용 조성물로 이루어진 표피층을 포함하는 합성 피혁.
- 제 9 항에 기재된 적외선 차폐용 조성물로 이루어진 표피층을 포함하는 합성 피혁.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합 산화물 블랙 안료의 제조방법으로서,
주성분 금속을 포함하는 금속염의 혼합 수용액에 알칼리제(alkali agent)를 첨가하여 공침물을 석출시키고, 상기 공침물의 석출과 동시에 또는 석출 후에 산화제로 상기 공침물을 산화시켜서 안료 전구체를 생성하는 공정, 및
상기 생성된 안료 전구체를 소성시킨 다음 분쇄 처리하는 공정
을 포함하는, 복합 산화물 블랙 안료의 제조방법. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
pH 11 내지 pH 13.5로 조절하여 상기 공침물을 석출시키는, 복합 산화물 블랙 안료의 제조방법.
