Claims (17)
- 기판;상기 기판에 형성된 픽셀부;상기 기판에 부착되는 제 1 영역 및 상기 제 1 영역의 위치와 상이한 단차를 갖고 상기 제 1 영역에 연결되며 상기 픽셀부와 대응하는 제 2 영역을 포함하는 캡;캡의 상기 제 2 영역에 위치된 흡습제층; 및상기 흡습제층에 위치된 보호층을 포함하되,상기 보호층의 길이는 상기 흡습제층의 길이보다 작거나 상기 보호층의 폭은 상기 흡습제층의 폭보다 작은 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 절연 재료로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 절연 재료는 에폭시 계열의 재료 또는 폴리이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 계열의 재료는 기능성 모노머(monomer)인 트리메틸 프로판 트리아크릴레이트(TMPTA; trimethylolpropane triacrylate)와 에폭시 아크릴레이트(expoxy arylate)의 혼합물, 1,4-부탄디올 디글리시딜 에테르 디아크릴레이트(1,4-BDGEDA; butanediol diglycidyl ether diacrylate), 폴리부타디 엔(polybutadien), 폴리부타디엔 아클릴레이트(polybutadien acrylate) 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트(PEGDA; polyethylene glycol diacrylate) 중 어느 하나인 디스플레이 소자.

- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층의 두께는 상기 제 2 영역의 중앙부에 대응하는 영역에서 외곽부로 갈수록 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층의 두께는 상기 보호층의 중앙부를 기준으로 상기 보호층의 외곽부로 갈수록 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 영역은 하나의 평면 영역인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 영역은 상이한 단차를 갖는 복수의 평면부들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 표면 상에 적어도 하나의 개구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 하나의 연속적인 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 픽셀부는 기판 상에 형성된 애노드 전극, 애노드 전극 상에 형성된 유기 발광층 및 유기 발광층 상에 형성된 캐소드 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 소자.
