Claims (9)
- 기판;
상기 기판 상에 위치하는 유기 발광 소자;
상기 유기 발광 소자를 일정 거리 이격하여 밀봉하는 봉지캡; 및
상기 봉지캡 내측의 양 측면에 위치하고 그래핀 층을 포함하는 게터를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 게터는, 상기 그래핀 층에 접착하는 게터 층을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 그래핀 층은 상기 게터 층의 양면에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그래핀 층은, 산화 그래핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판과 봉지캡 사이에 위치하는 봉지재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 봉지재에는 그래핀이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치.
- 기판;
상기 기판 상에 위치하는 유기 발광 소자;
상기 유기 발광 소자를 일정 거리 이격하여 밀봉하는 봉지캡; 및
상기 봉지캡 내측에 위치하고 그래핀 층을 포함하는 게터를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 게터는, 상기 그래핀 층에 접착하는 게터 층을 포함하고,
상기 그래핀 층은 상기 게터 층의 양면에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 게터는, 상기 봉지캡 내측의 양 측면에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기판과 봉지캡 사이에 위치하는 봉지재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치.
