Claims (9)
- 기판;
상기 기판 상에 위치하는 유기 발광 소자;
상기 유기 발광 소자를 밀봉하는 봉지캡; 및
상기 봉지캡 내에 위치하고 그래핀 층을 포함하는 게터를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 게터는, 상기 그래핀 층에 접착하는 게터 층을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 그래핀 층은 상기 게터 층의 양면에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그래핀 층은, 산화 그래핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판과 봉지캡 사이에 위치하는 봉지재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 봉지재에는 그래핀이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치.
- 기판 상에 위치하는 유기 발광 소자를 준비하는 단계;
게터 물질로 이루어지는 게터 층 상에 그래핀 층을 형성하여 게터를 제작하는 단계; 및
상기 게터를 봉지캡에 부착하여 상기 유기 발광 소자를 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 게터를 제작하는 단계는, 상기 게터 층의 양면에 상기 그래핀 층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 그래핀 층은 산화 그래핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이 장치의 제조 방법.
