Claims (3)
- 기판 외곽부의 캡 부착 영역에 부착되는 밀봉 캡을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 캡 부착 영역에 대응되는 상기 밀봉 캡의 외곽부 저면의 내측부에 위치되는 게터; 및상기 캡 부착 영역에 대응되는 상기 밀봉 캡의 외곽부 저면의 외측부에 위치되는 실란트를 포함하되,상기 실란트는 상기 게터의 상부에 더 위치되어 상기 게터가 상기 밀봉 캡에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실란트는 상기 게터의 하부에 더 위치되어, 상기 게터가 상기 기판 표면에 형성된 데이터 라인 및 스캔 라인과 접촉되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
