Description
Claims (29)
- 종횡비가 5 이하이고, 결정의 c-축 방향(두께 방향)의 결정크기가 500 Å 이상이고, 프레싱으로 일체화한 후 측정하였을 때, 음극 밀도가 1.5 내지 1.9 g/㎤인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 종횡비가 1.2 내지 5 인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 종횡비가 1.3 내지 3 인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 면방향의 결정크기가 1000 Å 이하인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 흑연입자의 비표면적이 8 ㎡/g 이하인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 흑연입자의 비표면적이 2 내지 5 ㎡/g 인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 입자가 집합체의 형태인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 흑연입자의 비표면적이 8 ㎡/g 이하이고, 결정의 c-축 방향(두께 방향)의 결정크기가 500 Å 이상이고, 프레싱으로 일체화한 후 측정하였을 때, 음극 밀도가 1.5 내지 1.9 g/㎤인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 흑연입자의 비표면적이 2 내지 5 ㎡/g 인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 종횡비가 1.2 내지 5 인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 종횡비가 1.3 내지 3 인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 면방향의 결정크기가 1000 Å 이하인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 입자가 집합체의 형태인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 3 이상의 판상형 입자가 서로 응집 또는 결합되어 배향면이 서로 평행하지 않고, 프레싱으로 일체화한 후 측정하였을 때, 음극 밀도가 1.5 내지 1.9 g/㎤인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 제 1 흑연입자의 평균 입자경이 1 내지 100 ㎛ 인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 각 판상형 입자의 크기가 서로 응집 또는 결합된 흑연 입자의 평균 입자 크기의 2/3 인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결정의 층간 거리가 3.38 Å 이하인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흑연입자의 평균 입자경이 10 내지 50 ㎛ 인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 흑연화 될 수 있는 원료 물질 또는 흑연 및 흑연화 될 수 있는 바인더에 1내지 50 중량%의 흑연화 촉매를 첨가하고, 상기 혼합물을 균질화 및 하소하고, 그 후 분쇄하는 것을 포함하는 음극 밀도가 1.5 내지 1.9 g/㎤ 인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자의 제조방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 흑연화 촉매의 평균 입자경이 150 ㎛ 이하인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자의 제조방법.
- 흑연화 될 수 있는 원료 물질 또는 흑연 및 흑연화 될 수 있는 바인더에 1 내지 50 중량%의 흑연화 촉매를 첨가하고, 상기 혼합물을 균질화 및 하소하고, 분쇄하는 것을 포함하는 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자의 제조방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 흑연화 촉매의 평균 입자경이 150 ㎛ 이하인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자의 제조방법.
- 프레싱으로 일체화한 후 측정하였을 때, 음극 밀도가 1.5 내지 1.9 g/㎤인 제 1 항, 제 8 항, 제 14 항 또는 제 19 항의 흑연입자를 포함하는 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연페이스트.
- 프레싱으로 일체화한 후 측정하였을 때, 음극 밀도가 1.5 내지 1.9 g/㎤인 제 1 항, 제 8 항, 제 14 항 또는 제 19 항의 흑연입자를 포함하는 리튬 2 차 전지용 음극.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 유기 바인더의 함량이 흑연입자 및 유기바인더의 혼합물을 기준으로하여 3 내지 20 중량 % 인 리튬 2 차 전지용 음극.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 유기 바인더의 함량이 흑연입자 및 유기바인더의 혼합물을 기준으로하여 11 내지 20 중량 % 인 리튬 2 차 전지용 음극.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 프레싱으로 일체화한 후 측정하였을 때, 음극 밀도가 1.55 내지 1.85 g/㎤인 리튬 2 차 전지용 음극.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 프레싱으로 일체화한 후 측정하였을 때, 음극 밀도가 1.6 내지 1.8 g/㎤인 리튬 2 차 전지용 음극.
- 제 24 항의 음극을 포함하는 리튬 2 차 전지.
