Claims (8)
- (002)면의 X선 회절 피크 강도 I(002)와 (110)면의 X선 회절 피크 강도의 비인 I(110)/I(002) 값이 0.2보다 작은 그라파이트계 탄소;를 포함하는 리튬 계열 이차 전지의 음극용 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄소는 I(110)/I(002)의 값이 0.04보다 작은 리튬 계열 이차 전지의 음극용 활물질.
- 코올타르 피치 또는 석유 피치를 유기 용매로 처리하여 유기 용매 불용성 성분을 제거하고;상기 유기 용매 불용성 성분이 제거된 피치를 불활성 가스 분위기하 400∼450℃ 온도 범위에서 30분이상 열처리하여 이방성구체를 형성한 후;상기 이방성구체를 안정화 처리 또는 코크화 처리하고;상기 안정화 처리 또는 코크화 처리한 이방성구체를 탄화 처리를 한 뒤;상기 탄화처리된 이방성구체를 흑연화 처리하는;공정을 포함하는 리튬 계열 이차 전지의 음극용 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 가스 분위기는 질소 또는 아르곤 가스 분위기인 리튬 계열 이차 전지의 음극용 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 형성되는 이방성구체의 양은 10∼98중량%인 리튬 계열 이차 전지의 음극용 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 안정화 처리 공정은 연화점보다 20∼30℃ 높은 온도에서 실시하는 리튬 계열 이차 전지의 음극용 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 코크화 처리 공정은 600℃까지 승온시키면서 불활성 분위기에서 실시하는 리튬 계열 이차 전지의 음극용 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화 처리 공정은 900℃ 이상의 온도에서 실시하는 리튬 계열 이차 전지의 음극용 활물질의 제조 방법.
