- 제 25 항에 있어서, 흑연 입자 및 유기 바인더의 혼합물과 집전 장치를 서로 일체화함으로써 제조되며, 프레싱으로 일체화한 후에 측정했을 때, 상기 흑연 입자와 유기 바인더의 혼합물의 밀도가 1.5 내지 1.9 g/cm3인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 음극.
- 제 26 항에 있어서, 상기 흑연 입자는 제 1 항, 제 14 항 또는 제 18 항의 흑연 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 음극.
- 하기 단계로 이루어진 제 26 항의 리튬 2차 전지용 음극의 제조 방법:흑연화 될 수 있는 원료 물질 또는 흑연 및 흑연화 될 수 있는 바인더에 1 내지 50 중량% 의 흑연화 촉매를 첨가하는 단계,상기 혼합물을 균질화, 하소 및 분쇄하여 흑연 입자를 제조하는 단계,상기 흑연 입자에 유기 바인더 및 용제를 첨가 및 혼합하는 단계,제조된 상기 혼합물을 집전 장치상에 코팅하는 단계, 및상기 용제를 증발시켜 건조시킨 후, 프레싱으로 일체화하는 단계.

- 케이싱, 커버 및 한쌍 이상의 음극 및 양극을 구비하고, 상기 케이싱, 커버 및 전극들은, 세퍼레이터가 그 사이에 삽입되어 배치되고, 그 주위에 전해질 용액이 배치되는 리튬 2차 전지로서, 상기 음극이, 제 25 항 또는 제 26 항의 음극인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 37 항에 있어서, 상기 음극이, 제 1 항, 제 14 항 또는 제 18 항의 그라파이트 입자를 이용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비표면적이 8 ㎡/g 이하인 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 1 항, 제 14 항 및 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흑연 입자의 X 선 광각 회절로 측정시 결정의 c-축 방향(두께 방향)의 결정 크기가 500 Å 이상이고, 면방향의 결정 크기가 1000 Å이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 1 항, 제 14 항 및 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흑연 입자의 X 선 광각 회절로 측정시 결정의 층간 거리가 3.38 Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2 차 전지 음극용 흑연 입자.
- 제 1 항, 제 14 항 및 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프레싱으로 일체화한 후에 측정했을 때, 상기 음극이 1.5 내지 1.9 g/cm3밀도의 흑연 입자와 유기 바인더의 혼합물을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
- 제 1 항, 제 14 항 및 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 음극이 흑연 입자 및 유기 바인더의 혼합물을 기준으로하여 3 내지 20 wt.% 의 유기바인더 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지 음극용 흑연입자.
