Claims (5)

  1. 섹터단위로 정보를 반복기록재생소거하는 동시에 목록영역과 데이터 영역으로 파일을 관리하는 광디스크에, 정보기록시에 착오정정부호를 정보에 부가하여 섹터에 기록하는 수단과, 정보판독시에 상기 착오정정부호에 의해서 생성한 신드롬으로부터 착오발생상태를 나타내는 착오표시를 검출하는 수단과, 기록완료섹터의 정보를 판독해서 착오표시를 점검하는 판독검공 수단과, 갱신화일의 해당목록을 포함하는 섹터를 판독 검공하고, 상기 착오표시가 소정의 판정기준 이하인 것을 확인하여 갱신정보의 데이터영역에의 기록을 행하고, 상기 데이터 영역의 기록이 종료된 후, 갱신목록을 해당 섹터에 기록하도록해서 파일의 갱신을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록 재생 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 정보판독시에 검출가능한 마아킹신호를 섹터에 기록하는 마아킹 수단을 구비하고, 갱신화일의 목록을 포함하는 섹터를 판독검공하고, 해당섹터의 착오표시가 소정의 판정기준을 초과했을 때 해당섹터에 상기 마아킹신호를 기록하고, 다른 미사용 양품섹터에 해당갱신 목록을 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록 재생 장치.
  3. 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 광디스크로부터의 재생신호의 2치화클립핑레벨을 정상설정치보다 어긋나게하고, 보다 엄격한 재생조건으로 판독검공을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록 재생장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 갱신화일의 목록을 포함하는 섹터를 소거한 후, 마아킹신호를 해당섹터에 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록 재생장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 갱신화일의 목록이 지시하는 데이터영역의 모든 섹터를 소거하고, 갱신목록을 양품섹터에 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록 재생장치.
