Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 집전체의 일면에 활물질층을 코팅한 양극과 음극을 수직 단면상으로 지그재그형으로 절곡하고, 분리막을 개재한 상태에서 활물질층이 서로 대면하도록 양극과 음극을 끼워 맞춘 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극의 집전체는 절곡을 용이하게 하기 위한 마킹이 접힘 부위에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극의 활물질층은 절곡이 용이할 수 있도록 접힘 부위에 활물질이 없거나 얇은 두께를 가지도록 패턴화된 코팅으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 전극의 절곡 이전에 양극 또는 음극의 활물질층에 열융착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극의 일측 또는 양측 단부에는 전극 리드의 부착을 위해 소정의 크기로 활물질층이 코팅되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 절곡방향에 대한 세로방향(폭방향)으로 전극의 폭 대비 배수 크기로 연장되어 있으며, 상기 세로방향으로 다수의 전극을 끼워 맞춘 후 폴딩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 절곡방향에 대한 가로방향으로 전극의 길이보다 연장되어 있으며, 끼워 맞춰진 전극의 외면을 상기 분리막 연장부위가 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 전극조립체를 포함하고 있는 이차전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 리튬이온 폴리머 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
