Claims (10)
- 리튬 이온 배터리 셀(1)용 셀 와인딩으로서, 전극 스트립(4, 5)으로서 애노드 스트립과 캐소드 스트립 및 상기 전극 스트립들(4, 5) 사이에 배치된 분리막 스트립(8)을 포함하고, 상기 전극 스트립들(4, 5)의 종방향 연장부는 서로 수직으로 정렬되어 교대로 서로 접혀지고, 상기 분리막 스트립(8)은 전극 스트립들(4, 5) 중 하나와 함께 안내되고, 상기 전극 스트립들(4, 5)의 포개어져 있는 전극 섹션들(10, 11) 사이에 각각 배치된 복수의 분리막 섹션(18)을 포함하고, 상기 분리막 섹션들은 폴딩 섹션(17)에 의해 서로 연결되는 셀 와인딩에 있어서,
상기 분리막 스트립(8)의 연속하는 분리막 섹션들(18)은 각각의 그것의 종방향 측면에서 교대로 보호 섹션(14)이 적어도 다른 전극 스트립(4, 5)의 각각의 전극 섹션(10, 11)을 넘어 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 와인딩. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 섹션들(14)은 다른 전극 스트립(4, 5)을 넘어 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 와인딩.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 각각의 보호 섹션(14)은 상기 분리막 섹션(18)에 연결되는 폴딩 섹션(17) 내로 부분적으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 와인딩.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막 스트립(8)은 가요성 분리막 포일로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 와인딩.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막 스트립(8)은 가요성 분리막 튜브(9)로서 형성되고, 상기 분리막 튜브는 횡단면에서 볼 때 하나의 전극 스트립(4, 5)을 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 와인딩.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 전극 스트립들(4, 5) 중 적어도 하나는 캐리어 스트립(16)을 포함하고, 상기 캐리어 스트립은 상기 전극 섹션들(10, 11)을 형성하는 전극 코팅(15)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 와인딩.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 전극 스트립(4, 5)의 전극 섹션들(10, 11)은 상기 캐리어 스트립(16)의 코팅 없는 벤딩 섹션들(12, 13)에 의해 서로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 와인딩.
- 자동차의 에너지 저장 장치용 리튬 이온 배터리 셀(1)로서, 하우징(3)을 포함하고, 상기 하우징 내에 적어도 하나의 셀 와인딩(2)이 배치되어 전기 접촉될 수 있는 리튬 이온 배터리 셀에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 셀 와인딩(2)은 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따라 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 배터리 셀. - 제 8 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 리튬 이온 배터리 셀(1)을 포함하는 자동차용 에너지 저장 장치.
- 전극 스트립(4, 5)으로서 애노드 스트립과 캐소드 스트립 및 상기 전극 스트립들(4, 5) 중 하나와 함께 안내되는 분리막 스트립(8)을 포함하고, 상기 전극 스트립들은 서로 수직으로 정렬되어 교대로 서로 접혀져서, 상기 분리막 스트립(8)은 상기 전극 스트립들(4, 5)의 포개어져 있는 각각의 전극 섹션들(10, 11) 사이에 각각 배치된 복수의 분리막 섹션(18)을 형성하고, 상기 분리막 섹션들은 폴딩 섹션(17)에 의해 서로 연결되는, 리튬 이온 배터리 셀(1)을 위한 셀 와인딩(2)을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 분리막 스트립(8)의 연속하는 상기 분리막 섹션들(18)의 각각의 종방향 측면에 교대로 적어도 각각의 전극 섹션(10, 11)을 넘어 돌출하는 보호 섹션(14)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
