Claims (5)
- (1) 격리막의 한쪽 면에 다수개의 양극판을 일정 간격으로 2열 접착하는 단계;(2) 상기 격리막의 다른 면에 다수개의 음극판을 일정간격으로 2열 접착하는 단계;(3) 다수개의 양극판과 다수개의 음극판이 접착된 상기 격리막을 양극판과 음극판이 교호하여 적층되도록 여러번 접는 단계;(4) 상기 (3)단계에서 형성된 2열의 적층구조를 그 중앙부를 접어서 하나의 적층구조로 만드는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 대용량 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극판과 음극판은 상기 격리막을 기준으로 서로 어긋나는 위치에 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 대용량 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극판과 음극판은 상기 격리막을 기준으로 서로 대응하는 위치에 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 대용량 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격리막은 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 단층 또는 다층의 폴리머 다공질막으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 대용량 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의하여 생산된 대용량 리튬 이차 전지
