Claims (7)
- 폴리프로필렌계 수지에 유기 과산화물 및 방향족 비닐 모노머를 반응시켜 이루어지며, 200℃에서의 주파수 분산 동적 점탄성 측정으로 구해지는 위상각이 주파수 0.01㎐에 있어서 30°이상 70°이하인 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지로서,
상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 100질량부에 대해, 상기 유기 과산화물을 0.1질량부 이상 1.5질량부 이하의 비율, 상기 방향족 비닐 모노머를 0.1질량부 이상 10질량부 이하의 비율로 함유하며,
상기 유기 과산화물은 퍼옥시에스테르인 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
멜트 매스 플로우 레이트가 2.0g/10분 이하인 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지. - 폴리프로필렌계 수지에 유기 과산화물 및 방향족 비닐 모노머를 반응시켜 이루어지는 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지를 포함하고, 당해 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지는 200℃에서의 주파수 분산 동적 점탄성 측정으로 구해지는 위상각이 주파수 0.01㎐에 있어서 30°이상 70°이하이며, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 100질량부에 대해, 상기 유기 과산화물을 0.1질량부 이상 1.5질량부 이하의 비율, 상기 방향족 비닐 모노머를 0.1질량부 이상 10질량부 이하의 비율로 함유하고, 상기 유기 과산화물은 퍼옥시에스테르인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 시트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지와는 상이한 폴리프로필렌계 수지를 추가로 포함하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 시트. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항의 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 시트가 열성형되어 이루어지는 발포 수지제 용기.
- 폴리프로필렌계 수지에 방향족 비닐 모노머를 반응시켜 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지를 제조하는 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 제조 방법으로서,
폴리프로필렌계 수지, 유기 과산화물, 및 방향족 비닐 모노머를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 용융 혼련하여, 200℃에서의 주파수 분산 동적 점탄성 측정으로 구해지는 위상각이 주파수 0.01㎐에 있어서 30°이상 70°이하가 되는 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지를 제작하고,
상기 용융 혼련하는 상기 수지 조성물에는 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 100질량부에 대해 0.1질량부 이상 1.5질량부 이하가 되는 비율로 상기 유기 과산화물을 함유시키고, 또한, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 100질량부에 대해 0.1질량부 이상 10질량부 이하가 되는 비율로 상기 방향족 비닐 모노머를 함유시켜 이루어지며,
상기 유기 과산화물은 퍼옥시에스테르인 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 제조 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 퍼옥시에스테르는 t-부틸퍼옥시 2-에틸헥실카보네이트, t-헥실퍼옥시이소프로필모노카보네이트, t-헥실퍼옥시벤조에이트, t-부틸퍼옥시벤조에이트, t-부틸퍼옥시라우레이트, t-부틸퍼옥시-3,5,5-트리메틸헥사노에이트, t-부틸퍼옥시아세테이트, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(벤조일퍼옥시)헥산, 및 t-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필모노카보네이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지의 제조 방법.
