Claims (30)
- 음이온성 개시제의 존재 하에서 1종 이상의 공액 디엔의 중합으로부터 생성되는 중합체, 및점도 감소 첨가제를 포함하고,상기 중합체는 이산화탄소를 첨가하여 중합이 종결되어 생성된 카르복실레이트 종결부를 갖고,상기 중합체는 35 초과 및 75 미만의 무니 ML1+4 점도 및 X의 용액 점도를 가지며, 여기서 X는 75 cP보다 크고 300 cP보다 작고,점도 감소 첨가제는 Y가 0.4X 내지 0.58X이도록 중합체의 용액 점도를 X로부터 Y로 감소시키는 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점도 감소 첨가제가 유기산, 유기산염 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점도 감소 첨가제가 아연 스테아레이트, 산화아연, 알루미늄 스테아레이트, 액체 폴리부타디엔, 말레산 무수물 관능화 액체 폴리부타디엔 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점도 감소 첨가제가 액체 폴리부타디엔, 말레산 무수물 관능화 액체 폴리부타디엔 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Y가 0.45X 내지 0.55X인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 무니 ML1+4 점도가 45 초과 및 65 미만인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공액 디엔이 1,3-부타디엔, 이소프렌, 2,3-디메틸-1,3-부타디엔, 1,3-펜타디엔 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가, 상기 1종 이상의 공액 디엔과 공중합되고 비닐 방향족 탄화수소, 알켄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 추가 단량체를 추가로 포함하는 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 100,000 내지 300,000인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 140,000 내지 200,000인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실레이트 종결 중합체 중 공액 디엔 단위의 비닐 함량을 증가시키기 위해 중합 동안 비닐 개질제가 사용되는 고무 조성물.
- a. 1종 이상의 비닐 방향족 화합물을 포함하는 용매 중에 중합체를 용해시키는 단계 - 상기 중합체는 이산화탄소를 첨가하여 중합이 종결되어 생성된 카르복실레이트 종결부를 가짐 -,b. 1종 이상의 추가 공단량체를 선택적으로 첨가하는 단계,c. 상기 중합체의 용액 점도를 X로부터 Y로 감소시키도록 1종 이상의 점도 감소제를 첨가하는 단계 - Y는 0.4X 내지 0.58X임 -,d. 1종 이상의 추가의 불활성 용매를 선택적으로 첨가하는 단계,e. 증량제 오일, 개질제 및 산화방지제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 선택적으로 첨가하는 단계, 및f. 개시제 및 열을 사용하여 1종 이상의 비닐 방향족 화합물의 중합을 개시하여 내충격성-개질된 플라스틱을 제조하는 단계 - 그 동안 상전이가 일어남 - 를 포함하고,단계 a, b, c, d 및 e는 임의의 순서로 수행될 수 있으며,내충격성-개질된 플라스틱은 고충격 폴리스티렌, 스티렌-말레산 무수물 공중합체, 메틸메타크릴레이트-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체, 투명 충격 폴리스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 중합체와 내충격성-개질된 플라스틱을 포함하는 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 단계 c는 상전이가 일어나기 전에 수행되는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 점도 감소제가 유기산, 유기산염 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 점도 감소제가 아연 스테아레이트, 산화아연, 알루미늄 스테아레이트, 액체 폴리부타디엔, 말레산 무수물 관능화 액체 폴리부타디엔 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 점도 감소제가 액체 폴리부타디엔, 말레산 무수물 관능화 액체 폴리부타디엔 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 음이온성 개시제의 존재 하에서 1종 이상의 공액 디엔의 중합으로부터 생성되는 중합체,점도 감소 첨가제 및내충격성-개질된 플라스틱을 포함하고,상기 중합체는 이산화탄소를 첨가하여 중합이 종결되어 생성된 카르복실레이트 종결부를 갖고,상기 중합체는 35 초과 및 75 미만의 무니 ML1+4 점도 및 X의 용액 점도를 갖고, 여기서 X는 75 cP보다 크고 300 cP보다 작고,점도 감소 첨가제는 Y가 0.4X 내지 0.58X이도록 중합체의 용액 점도를 X로부터 Y로 감소시키며,상기 내충격성-개질된 플라스틱은 고충격 폴리스티렌, 스티렌-말레산 무수물 공중합체, 메틸메타크릴레이트-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체, 투명 충격 폴리스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 부타디엔 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.

- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 점도 감소제가 액체 폴리부타디엔, 말레산 무수물 관능화 액체 폴리부타디엔 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 공액 디엔이 1,3-부타디엔, 이소프렌, 2,3-디메틸-1,3-부타디엔, 1,3-펜타디엔 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가, 상기 1종 이상의 공액 디엔과 공중합되고 비닐 방향족 탄화수소, 알켄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 추가의 단량체를 추가로 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 100,000 내지 300,000인 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 140,000 내지 200,000인 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실레이트 종결 중합체 중 공액 디엔 단위의 비닐 함량을 증가시키기 위해 중합체의 중합 동안 비닐 개질제가 사용되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1.0 내지 2.5의 아이조드 강도를 가지는 고무 조성물.
- 제29항에 있어서, 60도 반사각에서 광택이 68.2 GU 내지 80.9 GU인 고무 조성물.
