Claims (16)
- (A) -80℃ 이하의 유리 전이온도, 30 내지 130℃의 결정융점, 80 내지 943% 트랜스 단위, 5 내지 15% 시스 단위, 및 2 내지 10% 비닐단위, 10,000 내지 200,000의 분자량, 그리고 1.2 내지 4의 분자량 분포을 갖는 수지성 폴리부타디엔블록과 (B) -20℃ 이하의 유리전이 온도, 결정 융점을 갖지 않거나 0℃ 이하의 결정 융점을 갖는 공액디엔 고무상 블록을 블록(A) 대 블록(B)의 중량비가 2 내지 80 : 98 내지 20이고 분자량이 20,000 내지 500,000의 되도록 함유하며 분자량 분포이 1.1 내지 5인 디엔블록 중합체.
- (I) (A) -80℃ 이하의 유리전이 온도, 30 내지 130℃의 결정융점, 80 내지 93% 트랜스 단위, 5 내지 15% 시스단위, 및 2 내지 10% 비닐단위, 10,000 내지 200,000의 분자량, 그리고 1.2 내지 4의 분자량 분포를 갖는 수지성 폴리부타디엔 블록과 (B) -20℃ 이하의 유리전이 온도와 결정 융점을 갖지 않거나 0℃ 이하의 결정 융점을 갖는 공액 디엔 고무상 블록을 블록(A) 대 블록(B)의 중량비가 2 내지 80 : 98 내지 20이 되도록 함유하는 디엔블록 중합체와, (II) -20℃ 이하의 유리전이 온도와 결정 융점을 갖지 않거나 0℃ 이하의 결정 융점을 갖는 고무상 공액 디엔 중합체를 함유하며, 고급 트랜스 수지성 폴리부타디엔 부분이 전체 중합체 조성물의 1 내지 70중량%이고, 무니점도 ML1+4(100℃)가 10∼150이며 그리고 분자량 분포이 1.2 내지 5인 중합체 조성물.
- (I) (A) -80℃ 이하의 유리전이 온도, 30 내지 130℃의 결정 융점, 80 내지 93% 트랜스 단위, 5 내지 15% 시스단위, 2 내지 10% 비닐단위, 10,000 내지 200,000의 분자량, 그리고 1.2 내지 4의 분자량 분포을 갖는 수지성 폴리부타디엔 블록과 (B) 1 내지 50중량%의 결합된 스티렌 함량을 가지고, 결정 융점을 가지지 않으며, 20 내지 60% 트랜스 단위, 20 내지 40% 시스단위, 10 내지 40% 미만 비닐단위, 그리고 20,000 내지 400,000의 분자량을 갖는 고무상 부타디엔 스티렌 랜덤 공중합체 블록을 함유하는 블록 중합체와, (II) 1 내지 50중량%의 결합된 스티렌 함량을 가지고, 결정 융점을 갖지 않으며, 20 내지 60%의 트랜스 단위, 20 내지 40% 시스 단위, 10 내지 40% 미만의 비닐단위, 그리고 20,000 내지 400,000의 분자량을 갖는 고무상 부타디엔 스티렌 랜덤 공중합체를 함유하며, 고급 트랜스수지 폴리부타디엔 부분이 전체 중합체 조성물의 1 내지 70중량%이고, 무니점도 ML1+4(100℃)가 10 내지 150이며, 분자량 분포이 1.2 내지 5인 중합체 조성물.
- (I) (A) -80℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도, 30 내지 130℃의 결정융점, 80 내지 93% 트랜스 단위, 5 내지 15% 시스 단위, 2 내지 10% 비닐단위, 10,000 내지 200,000의 분자량, 그리고 1.2 내지 4의 분자량 분포를 갖는 수지성 폴리 부타디엔 블록과 (B) 1 내지 50중량%의 결합된 스티렌 함량을 가지고, 결정 융점을 가지지 않으며, 10 내지 40% 트랜스 단위, 10 내지 30% 시스단위, 40 내지 80% 비닐단위, 그리고 20,000 내지 400,000의 분자량을 갖는 고무상 부타디엔 스티렌 랜덤 공중합체 블록을 함유하는 블록 중합체와, (II) 1 내지 50중량%의 결합된 스티렌 함량을 가지고, 결정 융점을 갖지 않으며, 10 내지 40%의 트랜스 단위, 10 내지 30% 시스단위, 40 내지 80% 비닐단위, 그리고 20,000 내지 400,000의 분자량을 갖는 고무상 부타디엔 스티렌 랜덤 공중합체 블록을 함유하며, 고급 트랜스 수지성 폴리부타디엔 부분이 전체 중합체 조성물의 1 내지 70중량%이고, 무니점도 ML1+4(100℃)가 10 내지 150이며, 분자량 분포이 1.2 내지 5인 중합체 조성물.
- (a) 부타디엔 및 불활성 용매를 함유하는 단량체 혼합물을 배합하고 (b) 희토류 화합물 및 유기 마그네슘 화합물을 함유하는 촉매로써 0 내지 150℃의 온도에서 부타디엔을 80% 내지 93% 트랜스 단위로 중합하고 (c) 상기 촉매에 유기 리튬 화합물을 첨가한 다음 30 내지 200℃의 온도에서 부타디엔을 60% 미만의 트랜스 단위로 중합하고 (d) 생성된 중합체 복합물로부터 불활성 용매를 제저하는 단계를 포함하는 디엔블록 중합체 및 중합체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 적어도 20중량%의 제5항에 따른 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 100중량부의 원료고무, 10 내지 1000중량부의 카본블랙, 그리고 0.1 내지 10중량부의 가황제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 적어도 20중량%의 제9항에 따른 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 100중량부의 원료고무, 10 내지 300중량부의 카본블랙, 그리고 0.1 내지 10중량부의 가황제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 적어도 20중량%의 제10항에 따른 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 100중량부의 원료고무, 10 내지 300중량부의 카본블랙, 그리고 0.1 내지 10중량부의 가황제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 60% 이상의 트랜스 단위를 갖는 부타디엔 중합체 블록 및 60% 미만의 트랜스 단위를 갖는 부타디엔 중합체 블록을 함유하는 블록 중합체를 포함하는 2 내지 20중량%의 부타디엔 중합체를 강화제로서 함유하는 고충격 폴리스티렌 수지 조성물.
- (I) (A) -80℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도, 30 내지 130℃의 결정융점, 80 내지 93% 트랜스 단위, 5 내지 15% 시스 단위, 2 내지 10% 비닐단위, 10,000 내지 200,000의 분자량, 그리고 1.2 내지 4의 분자량 분포를 갖는 수지성 부타디엔 중합체 블록과 (B) -70℃ 이하의 유리전이온도를 가지고, 결정 융점을 가지지 않으며, 20 내지 60% 트랜스 단위, 20 내지 40% 시스단위, 10 내지 40% 비닐단위, 그리고 20,000 내지 400,000의 분자량, 그리고 1.1 내지 5의을 갖는 고무상 부타디엔 중합체 블록을 함유하는 블록 중합체와, (II) -70℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도를 가지고, 결정 융점을 가지지 않으며, 20 내지 60% 트랜스 단위, 20 내지 40% 시스단위, 10 내지 40% 비닐단위, 그리고 20,000 내지 400,000의 분자량을 갖는 고무상 부타디엔 중합체를 갖는 2 내지 20중량%의 부타디엔 중합체 조성물을 강화제로서 함유하는 고충격 폴리스티렌 수지 조성물.
