Claims (11)
- 경사(經絲) 및 위사(緯絲)가, 구리 함유량이 1 ∼ 200ppm, 단사섬도가 0.5 ∼ 4.5dtex, 전섬도가 67 ∼ 250dtex, 인장강도가 5.7cN/dtex 이상인 폴리아미드섬유로 이루어지는 직물로, 이 직물에 유제가 0.8 중량% 이상 부착되어 이루어지고, 직물의 단위폭당의 굽힘강성이, KES 계측에서의 평균 굽힘강성 (B) 으로 0.5 ∼ 5 mN ·㎠/㎝ 이고, 직물의 단위면적당 중량이 250 g/㎡ 이하, 두께가 0.30 ㎜ 이하이고, FMVSS302 연소시험에서 자기소화성을 갖는 직물임을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 원단.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드섬유가 황산 상대점도가 2.5 ∼ 3.3 인 폴리헥사메틸렌아디파미드 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 원단.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 기재된 에어백용 원단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백.
- 하기의 공정으로 이루어지는 경량의 에어백용 원단의 제조방법(a) 경사 및 위사가 단사섬도가 0.5 ∼ 4.5dtex, 전섬도가 67 ∼ 250dtex 이고 구리 화합물을 구리 환산으로 1 ∼ 200ppm 함유하는 폴리아미드섬유를 준비하는 것;(b) 풀을 부착하지 않고, 유제가 부여된 경사를 정경하는 것; 및(c) 에어제트 제직하여, 80개/2.54㎝ 이상의 직밀도로, 직물의 경사방향과 위사방향의 각각에 있어서 폴리아미드섬유의 전섬도와 상기 직밀도와의 곱이 20000dtexㆍ개/2.54㎝ 이하이고, 또한 유제가 0.8wt% 이상 부착된 직물로 하는 것.
