Claims (15)
- 폴리아미드 섬유를 포함하는 직물로서, 200kPa의 압력 하에서의 직물의 통기도가 10 내지 200cc/cm2/sec이고, 초기 하중이 0.02cN/dtex, 실 길이가 25cm 및 승온 속도가 80℃/분에서 측정한 구성사의 열응력에 있어서, 230℃에서의 경사 및 위사의 합계의 열응력 합이 0.33 내지 1.20cN/dtex인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직물 중에 아연, 알루미늄 및 마그네슘 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 합계 0.1 내지 100ppm, 구리 원소를 10 내지 500ppm, 요오드 및/또는 브롬을 합계 100 내지 3500ppm 및 철 원소를 0.01 내지 20ppm 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 지방산 금속염을 첨가하여 용융 방사된 폴리아미드 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물 중의 환형 유니머(unimer) 함유량이 전체 아미드 결합 단위에 대해 0.1 내지 3.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 섬유가 환형 유니머를 포함하는 올리고머를 첨가하고, 용융 방사되어 얻어진 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물 중의 유제(油濟) 성분 함유량이 0.01 내지 2.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물 표면의 위사의 확폭률(R(f))과 경사의 확폭률(R(w))의 합인 확폭 합(Ws)이 0 내지 40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물 표면의 위사의 확폭률(R(f))이 90 내지 120%이고, 경사의 확폭률(R(w))이 105 내지 135%인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물의 응력-왜곡선에 있어서, 직물을 구성하는 섬유 1가닥 당 응력으로 환산하여 4.0cN/dtex에 해당하는 하중에서의 직물의 신도를 경사 방향과 위사 방향에서 합계한 값이 40.0 내지 58.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물을 20℃/분의 승온 속도로 측정한 DSC 측정에 의한 직물의 융해 개시 온도가 245 내지 280℃이고, 융해 열량이 60 내지 100J/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물의 구성사를 초기 하중이 0.02cN/dtex, 실 길이가 25cm 및 승온 속도가 80℃/분에서 측정한 열응력에 있어서, 120℃에서 경사 및 위사 모두 0.005 내지 0.10cN/dtex인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상대 점도가 2.7 내지 4.7, 단사 섬도가 0.8 내지 8.0dtex, 총 섬도가 100 내지 800dtex, 인장 강도가 5.0 내지 11.0cN/dtex, 파단 신도가 15 내지 35% 및 비수(沸水) 수축률이 -4.5 내지 5.0%인 폴리아미드 6·6 섬유를 구성사로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지나 엘라스토머로 코팅되지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 에어백용 직물을 이용한 에어백.
- 제14항에 따른 에어백을 이용한 에어백 모듈.
