Claims (4)
- 폴리헥사메틸렌아디프아마이드 주쇄 내에 ε-카프로락탐으로부터 유도된 단위(unit)를 0.5 내지 5 중량 % 포함하는 폴리아마이드 공중합체를 포함하고, 구리화합물을 10 내지 80 ppm 포함하며, 인장강도 8.7 내지 9.6 g/d, 절단신도 20 내지 28%, 중간신도(@4.5g/d) 9 내지 14%, 수축응력 0.06 내지 0.26 cN/dtex(@180℃×2분, Load 0.086cN/dtex, Testrite)인 폴리아미드 원사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 원사는 단사섬도 3 내지 6.5 d이고, 전체 섬도가 200 내지 900 d이며, 모우수가 5 개/100만m 이하인 폴리아미드 원사.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 폴리아미드 원사를 포함하며, 인장강도 4.5 내지 5.9 kgf/in/Thread(@Room, 120℃×15일, Grab법), 인열강도 0.3 내지 1.2 kgf/thread(@Room, 120℃×15일, Tongue법), 공기투과도 3cfm이하(@Room), 경사 및 위사의 열수축응력이 각각 0.06 내지 0.18 g/d (@180℃, 초기 Load 0.095g/d) 이며, 경, 위사에 대한 열수축응력의 편차 값이 0.06 g/d 이하, Heat Aging(120℃×15일) 후의 인장강도 및 인열강도 유지율 90%이상인 에어백용 원단.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 폴리아미드 원사를 포함하는 원단의 일면 또는 양면이 실리콘 러버로 코팅되어 있으며, 인장강도 4.8 내지 6.1 kgf/in/Thread(@Room, 120℃ ×15일, Grab법), 공기투과도 0.3 ccs이하(@Room), 인열강도 0.32 내지 1.53 kgf/Thread(@Room, 120℃×15일, Tongue법), Heat Aging(120℃×15일) 후의 인장강도 및 인열강도 유지율 90%이상인 에어백용 원단.
