Abstract
상기 과제를 해결하기 위해, 본 발명의 에어백용 기포는 50~65℃의 직물의 동적 통기도 측정시 내부압력의 최대값이 70~100 kpa이고, 그때의 기포의 2축 변형률이 2.9~4.0%인 비코팅(non-coated) 에어백용 기포를 개시한다. 본 발명의 비코팅 에어백용 기포는 직물을 구성하는 사조(絲條)가 나일론 66 섬유이고, 직물에 잔류하는 유제 성분이 0.01~0.60 중량%이며, 그 주요 성분의 융점이 60℃ 이하인 올레핀계 폴리머로, 직물 중에 인 성분이 20~200 ppm 포함되는 것이 바람직하다.

직물을 구성하는 사조(絲條)가 나일론 66 섬유이고, 단사섬도가 1~4 dtex이며, 필라멘트 가닥 수가 80~300 가닥이고, 직물의 커버팩터가 2,000~2,300인 것을 특징으로 하는 비코팅 에어백용 기포. - 제1항에 있어서,
직물에 잔류하는 유제 성분이 직물에 대해 0.04~0.60 중량%이고, 그 주요 성분의 융점이 60℃ 이하인 올레핀계 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 비코팅 에어백용 기포. - 제1항에 있어서,
직물 중에 인 성분이 20~200 ppm 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비코팅 에어백용 기포. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비코팅 에어백용 기포를 재단, 봉제하고, 추가로 하나 이상의 벤트홀을 설치하여 형성된 봉지 형상물과 파이로 인플레이터를 삽입함으로써 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백용 모듈.
- 직물 제직의 준비공정에 있어서 올레핀계 유제를 적어도 경사(經絲)에 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비코팅 에어백용 기포의 제조방법.
