Claims (14)
- 내면엔진의 회전수가 목표회전수가 되도록, 엔진의 아이들운전시에 엔진에 공급되는 흡입공기량을 조정하는 아이들회전수제어방법에 있어서, 엔진출력축의 회전상태를 표시한 소정파라미터의 값을 검출하고, 엔진의 흡기계에서의 응답지연에 기인되는 엔진출력토오크의 과부족을 표시한 토오크수정율을, 상기 소정파라미터의 검출치에 의거해서 예측하고, 상기 예측한 토오크수정율에 따라서 상기 엔진출력토오크를 제어하는 것을 측정하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정파라미터의 순간치를 검출하고, 상기 검출한 순간치에 1차 지연처리를 실시해서, 상기 소정파라미터의 순간치와 1차지연처리가 끝난 값과의 비를 구하고, 상기 구한비에 따라서 상기토오크수정율을 예측하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 엔진의 행정주기를 상기 소정파라미터로서 구하고, 상기 행정주기의 순간치에 1차 지연처리를 실시해서 얻은 값에 대한 상기 행정주기의 순간치의 비를, 상기 토오크수정율로서 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 엔진회전수를 상기 소정파라미터로서 구하고, 상기 엔진회전수의 순간치에 대한, 상기 엔진회전수의 순간치에 1차지연처리를 실시해서 얻은 값의 비를, 상기 토오크수정율로서 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1차 지연처리에 있어서, 상기 소정파라미터의 순간치와 전회의 1차지연처리에서 얻은 값과 시정수상당의 웨이팅정수와의 함수로 표시되는 연산식에 따라서 상기 소정파라미터의 1차 지연처리가 끝난 값을 산출하는 것을 특징으로하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 웨이팅정수는, 엔진의 흡기관의 용적과 엔진의 1기통의 용적과의 함수에 의해서 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진회전수의 검출치와 상기 목표아이들회전수와의 편차에 따라서, 상기 흡입공기량을 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예측한 토오크수정율에 따라서 엔진의 점화시기 및 연료공급량의 적어도 한쪽을 보정하므로서, 상기엔진출력토오크를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 토오크수정율이 소정 범위내의 값일때, 상기 연료공급량의 보정을 금지하고, 상기 토오크수정율에 따라서 상기 점화시기만을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 토오크수정율의 소정범위는, 상기 토오크수정율이 미소치를 취하는 범위로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 연료공급량의 보정량에 린한계치 및 리치한계치의 적어도 한쪽을 설정해서, 상기 보정량을 상기 적어도 한쪽의 한계치로 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 보정량의 상기 린한계치는, 상기 보정량이 이것을 초과하면 엔진에서 실화가 발생될 염리가 있는 값으로 설정되고, 상기 리치한계치는 상기 보정량이 이것을 초과하면 상기 엔진출력토오크가 유효하게 증대하지 않는 값으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 점화시기의 보정량에 전진각한계치 및 지연각한계치의 적어도 한쪽을 설정, 상기 보정량을 상기 적어도 한쪽의 한계치로 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 보정량이 상기 전진각한계치는, 상기 보정량이 이것을 초과하면 상기 엔진출력토오크가 유효하게 증대하지 않는 값으로 설정되고, 상기 지연각한계치는, 상기 보정량이 상기 지연각한계치를 취했을때에 상기 엔진출력토오크가 소정율만큼 감소되는 값으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 아이들회전수제어방법.
