Claims (10)
- 表示領域及びパッド領域が定義された基板の表示領域上に位置する遮光層及び第1補助電極;
前記遮光層及び前記第1補助電極を覆うバッファー層;
前記遮光層に重畳するように前記バッファー層上に位置する薄膜トランジスタ;
前記パッド領域の前記バッファー層上に位置する下側パッド部;
前記下側パッド部から層間絶縁膜を挟んで離隔し、パッドコンタクトホールを通じて前記下側パッド部と接続された上側パッド部;
前記第1補助電極と第1コンタクトホールを通じて接続された第2補助電極;
前記薄膜トランジスタ及び前記第2補助電極を覆う平坦化膜、及び前記上側パッド部の側面を覆い、前記上側パッド部の上面一部を露出するパッド保護層;
前記平坦化膜上に位置し、薄膜トランジスタと電気的に接続された第1電極、及び前記第2補助電極と第2コンタクトホールを通じて接続された第3補助電極;
前記第1電極上に位置する有機発光層;及び
前記発光層を含む有機発光層上に位置し、前記第3補助電極と電気的に接続される第2電極;を含む、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記パッド保護層は、前記平坦化膜と同じ物質でなる、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記薄膜トランジスタは、
前記バッファー層上に位置し、チャネル領域及びソース及びドレイン領域を含む活性層;
前記活性層のチャネル領域上に位置するゲート絶縁膜;
前記ゲート絶縁膜上に位置するゲート電極;
前記ソース領域に接続されたソース電極;及び
前記ドレイン領域に接続されたドレイン電極;を含み、
前記層間絶縁膜は、前記ゲート電極を覆うように位置し、
前記下側パッド部は前記ゲート電極と同一の層に位置し、前記ゲート電極と同じ物質からなる、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記ソース電極及びドレイン電極は、前記上側パッド部及び前記第2補助電極と同一の層に位置し、同じ物質からなる、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記ソース電極、ドレイン電極、前記上側パッド部、及び前記第2補助電極の少なくとも一つは3層からなる金属層が積層された構造を含む、請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記3層からなる金属層は、MoTi、Cu、MoTiが順次積層されてなる、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電極の一部を露出するように前記第1電極上に位置して画素領域を定義するとともに前記第3補助電極の一部を露出するバンク絶縁膜;及び
前記露出された第3補助電極上に位置し、逆テーバー(reversedtaper)状を有する隔壁をさらに含み、
前記第3補助電極と前記第2電極は前記隔壁の周辺部で電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記パッド保護層及び前記平坦化膜はポリイミド(PI)からなる、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電極及び前記第3補助電極の少なくとも一つは、下層部、重層部及び上層部の3層からなる金属層の積層構造を含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記3層からなる金属層は、ITO、Ag、ITOが順次積層されてなる、請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。
