Claims (15)
- 선행금속편(1)의 후단부와 후행금속편(2)의 선단부를 각각 절단하고, 다음에 가열, 승온, 압축해 양금속편을 접합한 후 임상압연에서 제공하는 연속열간압연방법에 있어서, 금속편을 가열, 승온, 압축할 때에 금속편의 수평레벨의 변동을 방지하고, 각 금속편의 클램프(14)위치로부터 그 딘부에 이르기까지의 영역을 구속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 연속열간압연방법.
- 선행금속편(1)의 후단부와 후행금속편(2)의 선단부를 각각 절단하고, 다음에 가열, 승온, 압축해 양금속편을 접합한후 임상압연에서 제공한 연속열간압연방법에 있어서, 금속편을 유도가열코일(9)에 의해 가열, 승온, 압축할 즈음에, 금속편의 수평레벨의 변동을 방지하고, 각 금속편의 클램프(14)위치로부터 그 단부에 이르기까지의 자속통과 영역을, 가열코일에 의한 유도전류의 침투깊이의 5배 이하의 폭을 갖고, 금속편의 표면상에 간격을 둬 배치한 복수개의 압재로 구속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 연속열간압연장치.
- 선행금속편(1)의 후단부와 후행금속편(1)의 선단부를 각각 절단하고, 다음에 가열, 승온, 압축해 양금속판을 접합한후 임상압연에서 제공한 연속열간압연방법에 있어서, 금속편을 유도가열코일(9)에 의해 가열, 승온, 압축할 때에, 금속편의 수평레벨의 변동을 방지하고, 각 금속편의 클램프(14)위치로부터 단부에 이르기까지의 자속통과 영역에, 가열코일에 의한 유도전류의 침투깊이 5배 이하의 폭을 갖은 금속편의 표면상에 간격을 둔 복수개의 압재를 배치하고, 그 압재와 금속편의 사이를 절삭상태로서 구속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 연속열간압연방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속편의 접합예정면 또는 접합부에 비산화성가스, 환원성가스중 적어도 한종을 넣어주며 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 연속열간압연장치.
- 선행금속편(1)의 후단부와 후행금속편(2)의 선단부를 각각 절단하고, 다음에 가열, 승온, 압측해 양금속편을 접합한후 임상압연에서 제공한 연속열간압연방법에 있어서, 이동방식에 의해 금속을 접합하는 때에, 각 금속편을 반송하는 테이블롤라(26)에 있어, 이동하는 접합장치(4)의 하부영역에 대해서는, 그 하방에 퇴피시키는 한편, 각 금속편의 반송영역에 대해서는, 초기 레벨에 복귀하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 연속열간압연방식.
- 선행금속편(1)의 후단부와 후행금속편(2)의 선단부를 각각 절단하고, 다음에, 가열, 승온, 압축해 양금속편을 접합한후 임상압연에 제공하는 연속열간압연방법에 있어서, 압축시에 발생된 금속편의 접합불량부를 제거할 때에, 접합불량부를 모판 표면보다도 깊게 깍는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 연속열간압연방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 주속이 50∼120m/s로된 회전날(45)을 사용해 접합불량부를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 연속열간압연방법.
- 선행금속편(1)의 후단부와 후행금속판(2)의 선단부를 각각 절단하고, 다음에 가열, 승온, 압축해 양금속편을 접합한후 임상압연에 제공하는 연속열간압연방법에 있어서, 금속편을 접합한후 접합불량부의 제거전 및/또는 제거후에 접합부를 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 연속열간압연방법.
- 연속열간압연에서의 금속편 접합장치(4)에 있어서, 상기 접합장치(4)는, 금속편의 단부를 가열, 승온하는 가열수단(39)과, 선행금속편(1) 및 후행금속편(2)을 각각 상하에 끼우고, 금속편의 단부로 향해 돌출한 협지부(15)를 갖는 클램프(14)와, 선행금속편(1) 및 후행금속편(2)의 적어도 한쪽은 다른쪽으로 향해 이동, 압축하는 압축수단(12)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 접합장치.
- 연속열간압연에서의 금속편 접합장치(4)에 있어서, 상기 접합장치(4)는, 금속편의 단부를 가열, 승온하는 유도가열코일(9)과 선행금속편(1) 및 후행금속편(12)을 각각 상하에 끼워 구속하는 클램프(14)와, 선행금속편(1) 및 후행금속편(2)의 적어도 한쪽을 따른 쪽으로 향해 이동, 압축하는 압축수단(12)을 갖춘, 상기 각 클램프(14)는, 금속편의 협압지지부로부터 그 단부로 향해 돌출한 협지부(15)의 자속통과영역에 금속편의 폭방향에 맞춰 간격을 둔 빗살모양상에, 잘려진 절곡부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 접합장치(4).
- 제9항, 제10항 또는 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 클램프(14)는, 금속편의 접합예정면 또는 접합부에, 비산화성가스, 환원성가스중에 적어도 1종을 불어넣어주는 것이 가능한 노즐(N)을 갖은 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 접합장치(4).
- 연속열간압연에서의 금속편의 접합장치(4)에 있어서, 상기 접합장치(4)는, 금속편의 가열수단과, 선행금속편(1) 및 후행금속편(2)을 각각 상하에 끼워 구속하고 양금속판의 수평레벨을 합치시키는 클램프(14)와, 선행금속편(1) 및 후행금속편(2)의 적어도 한쪽은 다른쪽으로 향해 이동, 압축하는 압축수단(12)과, 상기 각 수단을 이동시켜 온라인, 오프라인시킨 이동수단(20)과, 그 이동수단(20)에 의해 상기 각 수단을 오프라인시킨 후의 영역에서 금속편을 지지하는 승강이동가능한 테이블롤라(26)로부터 된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 접합장치(4).
- 연속열간압연에서의 반송용 테이블롤라(26)에 있어서 상기 테이블롤라(26)는, 금속편을 그 긴쪽 방향에 맞춰 복수개장소에서 지지하는 복수개로된, 이들 각 테이블롤라(26)를 하방으로 지지하는 실린다(13)의 해드측을 유압관으로 연접함과 함께 각 해드측내압을 일정압으로 유지하는 유압회로를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 반송용 테이블롤라(26).
- 연속열간압연에서의 금속편의 접합불량부제거장치(59)에 있어서 상기 장치는, 금속편의 접합불량부를 절삭제거하는 상하로 한쌍이 되는 회전날과(45), 그 회전날(45)를 50∼120m/s의 주속으로 제어하는 제어수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 접합불량부제거장치.
- 연속열간압연에서의 금속편의 냉각장치(60)에 있어서, 상기 냉각장치(60)는, 금속편의 압축시에 발생된 접합불량부를 제거하는 접합불량부제거장치(59)의 입측으로부터 출측에 이르기까지의 영역에서 적어도 하나의 장소에서 냉매를 분사하는 냉각노즐(54)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속편의 냉각장치(60).※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
