Description
Claims (14)
- 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 주반복단위로서 함유하며 동시에 하기 특성을 충족시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유:(a)0.4∼0.85의 고유점도, (b) tan 0.140 Tmax 130℃(이 때, tan는 역학적 손실 탄젠트의 피크값을 나타내며, Tmax는 피크온도를 나타낸다), (c)E2/E1 0.49(이 때, E1은 0에서 제2항복점까지의 신도를 나타내며, E2는 제2항복점에서 절단점까지의 신도를 나타낸다). (d)150℃에서의 일 손실△E와 175℃건열하 수축율의 곱의 역수로 나타낸 안정도 계수 50 이상.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기식을 만족시키는 폴리에스테르 섬유.Cd 1.20(이 때, Cd는 단일 필라멘트의 교차비를 나타낸다).
- 제2항에 있어서, 하기식을 만족시키는 폴리에스테르 섬유.TS/〔〕9.0(식중, TS는 섬유의 감도를 나타내며, 〔〕는 섬유의 고유점도를 나타낸다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기식을 만족시키는 폴리에스테르 섬유.△E0.015(식중, △E는 150℃에서의 열손실을 나타낸다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기식을 만족시키는 폴리에스테르 섬유.Tm2. 370(식중, Tm2는 결정 융점을 나타내고,는 밀도를 나타낸다).
- 제5항에 있어서, 하기식을 만족시키는 폴리에스테르 섬유.Tm1 260℃ Tm2 268℃(식중, Tm1은 용융 개시 온도를 나타내며, Tm2는 결정 융점을 나타낸다).
- 제6항에 있어서, 하기식을 만족시키는 폴리에스테르 섬유.HS2.5%△HS/T0.040(%/℃)(식중, HS는 175℃ 건열하 수축율을 나타내며,△HS/T는 건열하 수축율의 온도 의존성 파라미터를 나타낸다.)
- 제6항에 있어서, 하기식을 만족시키는 폴리에스테르 섬유.△TS/T0.02(g/d/℃)(식중, △TS/T는 절단강도의 온도 의존성 파라미터를 나타낸다.)
- 제6항에 있어서, 가열하의 온도와 수축율 사이의 관계를 나타낸 곡선에서 수축응력의 피크값이 1.10g/d이하이고, 피크온도가 255℃이상이며, 가열하 응력이 200℃온도에서 0.02g/d 이하로 유지되는 폴리에스테르.
- 제6항에 있어서, 하기식을 만족시키는 폴리에스테르 섬유.X55% DO 50A(식중, X는 밀도로 부터 수득된 결정화도를 나타내며, DO는 는 결정의 크기를 나타낸다).
- 하기 단계:(a) 0.50∼0.90의 고유점도를 갖는 폴리에스테르를 6.0㎞/분 이상의 방사 속도로 용융방사하여 미연신사를 수득하는 단계, (b) 하기식(1)∼(3)을 만족시키는 상태하에 미연신사를 가열-연신하는 단계; (2.05-12.3△n+43.6n 2)DR(2.6-16.5△n+50.0△n 2)…(1) (Tg-10)DT1 (Tg+100)…(2) (Tg+100)DT2 Tm 2…(3) (식중, DR은 연신비율을 나타내며, DT1은 연신공정전기의 연신온도를 나타내고, DT2는 연신공정 후기의 연신온도를 나타내며, Tg는 유리전이온도를 나타내고, △n은 복굴절율을 나타내며, Tm2는 결정 융점을 나타낸다.) (c) 완화상태하에 가열처리하는 단계를 특징으로 하는, 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 주 반복단위로서 함유한 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 미연신사의 역학적 손실 탄젠트의 피크값 tan이 0.165미만이고, 그의 피크 온도 Tmnx가 120℃ 미만인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 미연신사의 방사속도 V와 복굴절율 △n사이의 관계가 하기식(4)를 만족시키는 방법.(0.05V-0.004V2-0.105)△n (0.058V-0.004V2-0.059)…(4)
- 제11항에 있어서, 미연신사의 결정상의 불굴절율 △no가 0.190 이상이며, △no와 광각 X-선 회절에 기초한 결정화도 Xo사이의 관계가 하기 식(5)를 만족시키는 방법.Xo (1337 △no-202)…(5)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
