- 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 85 몰 % 이상 함유하며 고유점도 0.5 이상인 무정형의 공중합폴리에스테르를 방사속도 1000 ~ 3000 mpm 으로 방사하되 다음조건 (1),(2),(3) 을 만족하도록 하여서 미연신사를 제조한 다음 연신함을 특징으로하는 무정형 폴리에스테르연신사의 제조방법.다 음0.1 ≤ σie(g/d) ≤ 0.4 . . . (1)0 ≤ △σyp(g/d) ≤ 0.2 . . . (2)0 ≤ △σsh(g/d) ≤ 0.2 . . . (3)위 식에서σie: 방사시에 고화가 발생되는 지점(방사구금하 3mm)에서 사에 부여되는 응력으로서 배향결정화의 임계응력.△σyp: 미연신사의 강도-신도곡선에서 항복점의 응력과 평형응력의 차 (항고응력-평형응력)△σsh: 미연신사의 강도-신도곡선에서 1 차응력 증가분
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공중합폴리에스테르는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트에 이소프탈산계, 세바신산계, 아디핀산계, 나프탈렌디카르본산계의 2 관능성산계, 1,4-사이클로헥산디카르복실산, 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올, 이소부틸알콜로부터 선택한 제 3 성분을 단독 혹은 복합적으로 공중합시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 무정형 폴리에스테르연신사의 제조방법.
- 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 85 몰 % 이상 함유하는 공중합폴리에스테르연시사 로서 다음 물성을 동시에 만족함을 특징으로 하는 무정형 폴리에스테르연신사.다 음초기탄성율 : 50 g/d 이하결정화도 : 20 5 이하강 도 : 4.5 g/d 이하
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 공중합폴리에스테르는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트에 이소프탈산계, 세바신산계, 아디핀산계, 나프탈렌디카르본산계의 2 관능성산계, 1,4-사이클로헥산디카르복실산, 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올, 이소부틸알콜로부터 선택한 제 3 성분을 단독 혹은 복합적으로 공중합시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 무정형 폴리에스테르연신사.
