Description
Claims (15)
- 고탄성의 직물 또는 편성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (A) 블록-공중합화 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트-기재 폴리에스테르 중합체로 이루어진 경질 세그먼트와 블록-공중합화 폴리옥시부틸렌 글리콜-기재 폴리에테르 중합체로 이루어진 연질 세그먼트로 구성된 폴리에테르-폴리에스테르 블록 공중합체로 이루어진 용융-방사된 탄성필라멘트 코어사, 및 (B) 코아사를 피복하는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트-기재 폴리에스테르 필라멘트 시이드사로 각각 이루어진 코어-시이드 복합사로 구성된 직물 또는 편성물을 형성하는 단계 ; 생성된 직물 또는 편성물을 열처리하는 단계 ; 및 열처리된 직물 또는 편성물을 알칼리 수용액으로 처리하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 고탄성의 직물 또는 편성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄성 필라멘트사가 250% 이상의 최대 신장율을 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열처리를 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트-기재폴리에스테르 중합체로 이루어진 경질 세그먼트의 유리 전이 온도보다 20℃ 높은 온도에서부터 160℃까지의 온도 범위에서 실시하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄성 필라멘트사가 미연신 탄성 필라멘트사인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열처리하기에 앞서, 직물 또는 편성물을 80∼130℃의 온수에서 완화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열처리함으로써 생성되는 직물 또는 편성물이 직물의 적어도 한쪽 방향에서 1.5kg/5cm의 일정한 하중하에 20% 이상의 신장율을 나타내도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 처리함으로써 생성되는 알칼리 처리된 직물 또는 편성물이 직물의 적어도 한쪽 방향에서 1.5kg/5cm의 일정한 하중하에 80% 이상의 신장율을 나타내도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리로 처리한 결과 알칼리로 처리되지 않는 직물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 5∼30%의 직물의 중량 감소가 일어나는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경질 세그먼트중의 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트-기재 폴리에스테르 중합체가 테레프탈산 70∼100몰%와 테레프탈산 이외의 방향족 디카르복실산 및 방향족 히드록시카르복실사으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 산 0∼30몰%로 이루어진 디카르복실산 성분과, 부틸렌글리콜 70∼100몰%와 부틸렌글리콜 이외의 적어도 1종이 디올 화합물 0∼30몰%로 이루어진 다음 성분과의 증축합 생성물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연질 세그먼트중의 폴리옥시부틸렌 글리콜-기재 폴리에테르 중합체가 부틸렌 글리콜 70∼100몰%와 부틸렌 글리콜 이외의 적어도 1종의 디올 화합물 0∼30몰%의 중합 생성물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연질 세그먼트중의 폴리옥시부틸렌 글리콜-기재 폴리에테르 중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 500∼5000인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경질 세그먼트에 대한 연질 세그먼트의 전체 중량의 비가 0.25∼4.0인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트-기재 폴리에테르가 양이온 염료에 의해 염색 가능한 것이 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복사를 개개의 비-탄성사와 함께 사용하여 교직물 또는 편성물을 형성하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 교직물은 경사로서 피복사 및 위사로서 개개의 비-탄성사를 사용하여 제조하는 방법.
