Description
Claims (15)
- 무기물 입자의 활성사이트를 비반응사이트로 개질시킨 무기층이 형성되어 있는 분리막을 포함하는 이차전지.
- 무기물 입자와, 개질제를 포함하는 용액을 교반하여 무기물 입자를 개질하는 단계;개질된 무기물 입자와, 용매, 수지를 포함하는 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;유기막의 적어도 일 측 표면에 상기 슬러리를 이용하여 무기층을 형성하는 무기층형성단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 분리막제조단계를 포함하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 개질제는 무기물 입자의 OH기와 작용할 수 있는 작용기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 개질제는 포스포네이트, 포스페이트, 포시포닉에시드, 실란, 카르복실릭 에시드 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 작용기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 개질제는 디메틸 디메톡시 실란, 디메틸 디에톡시 실란, 메틸 트리메톡시 실란, 비닐 트리메톡시 실란, 페닐 트리메톡시 실란, 테트라에톡시 실란, 페닐 포시포닉 에시드, 메틸 포스포닉에시드, 트리페닐 포스페이트, 디에틸 메틸 포스포네이트, 옥타노익 에시드, 갈릭 에시드, 아미노벤조익 에시드 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 개질제와 상기 무기물 입자에 포함된 OH기는 몰비로 1:5 내지 1:10의 범위로 혼합하여 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 개질제 및 무기물 입자, 용매, 수지를 포함하는 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;유기분리막의 적어도 일 측 표면에 상기 슬러리를 이용하여 무기층을 형성하 는 무기층형성단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 분리막제조단계를 포함하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 개질제는 상기 무기물 입자의 OH기와 반응하는 작용기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 개질제는 포스포네이트, 포스페이트, 포시포닉에시드, 실란, 카르복실릭 에시드 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 작용기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 개질제는 디메틸 디메톡시 실란, 디메틸 디에톡시 실란, 메틸 트리메톡시 실란, 비닐 트리메톡시 실란, 페닐 트리메톡시 실란, 테트라에톡시 실란, 페닐 포시포닉 에시드, 메틸 포스포닉에시드, 트리페닐 포스페이트, 디에틸 메틸 포스포네이트, 옥타노익 에시드, 갈릭 에시드, 아미노벤조익 에시드 중에서 선택되는 하 나 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 개질제는 1~20wt% 범위 내에서 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- OH기와 반응하는 작용기를 가지는 첨가제, 전해질염 및 용매를 포함하는 전해액를 제조하는 전해액제조단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 첨가제는 포스포네이트, 포스페이트, 포시포닉에시드, 실란, 카르복실릭 에시드중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 작용기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 첨가제는 디메틸 디메톡시 실란, 디메틸 디에톡시 실란, 메틸 트리메톡시 실란, 비닐 트리메톡시 실란, 페닐 트리메톡시 실란, 테트라에톡시 실란, 페닐 포시포닉 에시드, 메틸 포스포닉에시드, 트리페닐 포스페이트, 디에틸 메틸 포스포네이트, 옥타노익 에시드, 갈릭 에시드, 아미노벤조익 에시드 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 첨가제는 0.1wt%~3wt% 범위내에서 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 제조방법.
