Claims (10)
- 리튬염과 유기용매를 포함하는 유기 전해액에 있어서,디에틸비닐포스포네이트 및 디메틸비닐포스포네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 포스포네이트 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포스포네이트 화합물의 함량은 상기 유기용매 50-99.9 중량%에 대하여 0.1-50 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 고유전율 용매와 저비점 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고유전율 용매가, 에틸렌 카보네이트, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 부틸렌 카보네이트, 감마 부티로락톤으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상이고,상기 고유전율 용매의 함량이 10-90 부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 저비점 용매가, 디메틸 카보네이트, 에틸메틸카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 디프로필 카보네이트, 디메톡시에탄, 탄소수 1 내지 13의 지방산 에스테르 유도체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상이고,상기 저비점 용매의 함량이 10-90 부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염의 농도가 0.5 내지 2.0M인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 캐소드;애노드;상기 캐소드와 애노드 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이타; 및제1항, 제2항, 제4항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 유기 전해액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드가 리튬 복합 산화물, 단체황, Li2Sn(n≥1)이 용해된 캐솔라이트, 유기황 및 (C2Sx)y(x는 2.5-20, y≥2)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 애노드가 리튬 금속 전극, 리튬 금속 합금 전극 또는 리튬 비활성 황의 복합전극, 카본재 또는 그래파이트계 물질로 이루어진 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
