Description
Claims (13)
- 적어도 정극 활물질 및 바인더를 가지는 정극과 음극 및 상기 정극 및 상기 음극 사이에 개재된 전해질 및 분리판을 포함하며, 완전히 충전된 상태에서 각 셀에 대한 개방 회로 전압이 4.25V 이상 또는 6.00V 이하인 리튬 이온 2차 전지에 있어서,상기 정극 활물질은, 일반식:LiaCo1 - xMexO2 -b(식중, Me는, V(바나듐), Cu(동), Zr(지르코늄), Zn(아연), Mg(마그네슘), Al(알루미늄) 및 Fe(철)로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속 원소를 나타낸다. a는 0.9≤a≤1.1, x는 0≤x≤0.3, b는 -0.1≤b≤0.1의 값으로 설정된다.)에 의해 표현되는 리튬-코발트 복합 산화물,또는 일반식: LiaNi1 -x-y- zCoxMnyMezO2 -b(식중, Me는, V(바나듐), Cu(동), Zr(지르코늄), Zn(아연), Mg(마그네슘), Al(알루미늄) 및 Fe(철)로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속 원소를 나타낸다. a는 0.9≤a≤1.1 , x는 0<x<0.4, y는 0<y<0.4, z는 0<z<0.3, b는,-0.1≤b ≤0.1의 값으로 설정된다.)에 의해 표현되는 리튬-코발트-니켈-망간 산화물의 어느 하나를 포함하며,상기 바인더는, 폴리 아크릴로니트릴계 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 개방 회로 전압이 4.25V 이상 4.55V 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 바인더는, 플루오르화물 비닐리덴계 중합체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 바인더에 있어서, 상기 폴리 아크릴로니트릴계 수지에 대한 플루오르화물 비닐리덴계 중합체의 중량비가 1% 이상 99% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리 아크릴로니트릴계 수지는, 아크릴로니트릴과 그 외의 모노머와의 공중합체 혹은 아크릴로니트릴의 단독 중합체, 또는 상기 공중합체의 변성 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리 아크릴로니트릴계 수지는, 에스테르기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하 는 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 정극 및 상기 음극에 접하는 상기 분리판의 표면에는, 적어도 폴리프로필렌이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 전해질은, 비닐렌 카보네이트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
- 적어도 정극 활물질과 바인더를 포함하는 정극에 있어서,상기 정극 활물질은, 일반식:LiaCo1 - xMexO2 -b(식중, Me는, V(바나듐), Cu(동), Zr(지르코늄), Zn(아연), Mg(마그네슘), Al(알루미늄) 및 Fe(철)로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속 원소를 나타낸다. a는 0.9≤a≤1.1, x는 0≤x≤0.3, b는 -0.1≤b≤0.1의 값으로 설정된다.)에 의해 표현되는 리튬-코발트 복합 산화물,또는 일반식:LiaNi1 -x-y- zCoxMnyMezO2 -b(식중, Me는, V(바나듐), Cu(동), Zr(지르코늄), Zn(아연), Mg(마그네슘), Al(알루미늄) 및 Fe(철)로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속 원소를 나타낸다. a는 0.9≤a≤1.1 , x는 0<x<0.4, y 는 0<y<0.4, z는 0<z<0.3, b는,-0.1≤b ≤0.1의 값으로 설정된다.)에 의해 표현되는 리튬-코발트-니켈-망간 산화물의 어느 하나를 포함하며,상기 바인더는, 폴리 아크릴로니트릴계 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 바인더는, 플루오르화물 비닐리덴계 중합체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 바인더에 있어서는, 상기 폴리 아크릴로니트릴계 수지에 대한 플루오르화물 비닐리덴계 중합체의 중량비가 1% 이상 99% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 폴리 아크릴로니트릴계 수지는, 아크릴로니트릴과 그 외의 모노머와의 공중합체 혹은 아크릴로니트릴의 단독 중합체, 또는 상기 공중합체의 변성 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 폴리 아크릴로니트릴계 수지는, 에스테르기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극.
