Claims (16)
- 폴리프로필렌 다공성 기재필름과 그 기재필름의 양면에 무기물 입자와 폴리에틸렌 입자가 70 : 30 ~ 90 : 10 중량비로 혼합된 코팅층을 포함하고, 셧다운 온도가 90℃ 내지 125℃이고, 150℃ 및 1시간 조건의 열수축률이 20% 이하이며, 수분함량이 800ppm 이하인 것이고,
상기 무기물 입자 및 상기 폴리에틸렌 입자는 최장 직경이 각각 0.9~1.3㎛ 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 다공성 분리막.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 다공성 기재필름은 MI:2~8g/10min 인 폴리프로필렌 수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 분리막.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 다공성 기재필름은 5~10㎛의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 분리막.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 무기물 입자는 Al2O3인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 분리막.

- 폴리프로필렌 다공성 기재필름을 제조하는 단계;
최장 직경이 0.9~1.3㎛ 크기인 무기물 입자를 고분자 바인더와 물에 분산시켜서 무기물 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;
최장 직경이 0.9~1.3㎛ 크기인 폴리에틸렌 입자가 함유된 용액을 이용하여 폴리에틸렌 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;
상기 무기물 슬러리와 폴리에틸렌 슬러리를 혼합하여 복합슬러리를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 복합슬러리를 상기 폴리프로필렌 기재필름에 코팅하여 무기물 입자와 폴리에틸렌 입자가 70 : 30 ~ 90 : 10 중량비로 혼합된 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 다공성 분리막의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 다공성 기재필름은 MI:2~8g/10min 인 폴리프로필렌 수지를 이용하여 5~10㎛의 두께로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 분리막의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 무기물 슬러리는 Al2O3 입자를 사용하여 슬러리 상태로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 분리막의 제조방법.

- 청구항 15에 있어서, 이차전지는 리튬이차전지인 것인 이차전지.
