Description
도 2a 및 도 2b는 압연을 통해 평면 베어링 복합재료로 제조된, 축방향 칼라를 가진 원통형 및 원뿔형 평면 베어링 부싱을 보여주는 사시도이다.
도 3은 제1 평면 베어링 조립체의 사시도이다.
도 4는 제2 평면 베어링 조립체의 사시도이다.
도 5는 딥 드로잉으로 제조된, 축방향 칼라를 가진 평면 베어링 부싱을 보여준다.
도 6은 도 2a의 평면 베어링 부싱의 축방향 단면을 보여준다.
도 7은 도 6의 X부분을 상세하게 보여준다.
도 8은 축방향 칼라 및 평면 베어링 복합재료로 형성된 도 6에 대안적인 층 구조를 가진 평면 베어링 부싱의 축방향 단면을 보여준다.
도 9는 도 8의 Y부분을 상세하게 보여준다.
도 10은 도 9와는 상이한 층 구조를 보여준다.

Claims (7)
- 강(steel)을 포함하는 치수적으로 안정된 지지층, 미끄럼 재료를 포함하는 미끄럼층 및 탄성층을 포함하는 진동 감쇠 평면 베어링 부싱으로서,
상기 치수적으로 안정된 지지층은 제1 메이저 표면 및 제1 메이저 표면과 반대측의 제2 메이저 표면을 포함하고,
상기 미끄럼층은 상기 치수적으로 안정된 지지층의 제1 메이저 표면 위에 가로놓이며, 두께(tSL)가 0.05 내지 1.0 mm이고,
상기 탄성층은 상기 치수적으로 안정된 지지층의 제2 메이저 표면 위에 가로놓이며, 두께(tEL)가 0.15 내지 5 mm이고,
상기 탄성층의 두께(tEL)가 상기 미끄럼층 두께(tSL)의 배수(multiple)이며,
상기 치수적으로 안정된 지지층, 미끄럼층 및 탄성층은 각각 시트 형상의(sheet-like) 재료의 형태를 갖고,
상기 미끄럼층이 그 영역에 걸쳐 지지층에 연결되며, 상기 탄성층이 그 영역에 걸쳐 지지층에 연결되며,
상기 진동 감쇠 평면 베어링 부싱은 원통 형상을 갖고, 슬릿 및 축방향 칼라를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 진동 감쇠 평면 베어링 부싱. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미끄럼층과 상기 치수적으로 안정된 지지층 사이에 접착층을 추가로 포함하는 것인 진동 감쇠 평면 베어링 부싱.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 접착제로서 불소 중합체, 경화 접착제 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 진동 감쇠 평면 베어링 부싱.
- 삭제
- 베어링 하우징, 제1항에 따른 평면 베어링 부싱 및 베어링 샤프트를 포함하는 진동 감쇠 평면 베어링 조립체.
- 제5항에 따른 진동 감쇠 평면 베어링 조립체를 포함하는 자동차 시트.
- 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 불화 에틸렌 프로필렌(FEP), 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVDF), 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌(PCTFE) 및 퍼플루오로알콕시 중합체(PFA)로부터 선택된 미끄럼 재료를 포함하는 미끄럼층, 금속을 포함하는 치수적으로 안정된 지지층 및 탄성층을 포함하는 진동 감쇠 평면 베어링 부싱을 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 미끄럼층, 상기 치수적으로 안정된 지지층 및 상기 탄성층을 각각 시트 형상의(sheet-like) 재료의 형태로 제공하는 단계;
상기 치수적으로 안정된 지지층에 상기 미끄럼층을 그 영역에 걸쳐 연결하는 단계;
상기 미끄럼층과 반대측의 상기 치수적으로 안정된 지지층에 상기 탄성층을 그 영역에 걸쳐 연결하는 단계; 및
원통 형상을 갖고, 슬릿 및 축방향 칼라를 포함하는 부싱을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 탄성층의 두께(tEL)가 상기 미끄럼층 두께(tSL)의 배수(multiple)인, 방법.
