摺動層と、寸法安定性支持層と、エラストマー層とをそれぞれシート状の材料、特にストリップ形状の連続的な材料の形態で用意するステップと、
摺動層をその領域にわたって寸法安定性支持層に接合するステップと、
弾性層をその領域にわたって寸法安定性支持層に、寸法安定性支持層の摺動層とは面していない側において接合するステップと、
または
摺動層と、寸法安定性支持層と、エラストマー層とをそれぞれシート状の材料、特にストリップ形状の連続的な材料の形態で用意するステップと、

Claims (7)
- 第1の主要表面と、前記第1の主要表面の反対側に位置する第2の主要表面を有する鋼
を含む寸法安定性支持層と、
前記第1の主要表面上に設けられ、摺動材料を含む摺動層と、そして、
前記第2の主要表面上に設けられた弾性層と、を含む、
振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材であって、
軸方向のカラーを含み、
前記摺動層の厚さtSLは、0.05〜1.0mmであり、
前記弾性層の厚さtELは、0.15〜5.0mmであり、
前記弾性層の厚さtELが、前記摺動層tSLの厚さの少なくとも3倍であり、
前記弾性層、前記摺動層、及び前記寸法安定性支持層は、それぞれシート状の材料であり、
前記摺動層が、その領域にわたって前記寸法安定性支持層に接合され、且つ、前記弾性層がその領域にわたって前記寸法安定性支持層に接合された、振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。 - 前記摺動層と前記寸法安定性支持層との間に更に接着層を有する、請求項1に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。
- 前記接着層は、フルオロポリマー、硬化した接着材、および接着材であるそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種を含む、請求項2に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材。
- 請求項1に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材からなる、滑り平軸受ブシュ。
- 軸受ハウジングと、請求項4に記載の滑り平軸受ブシュと、軸受シャフトとを含む振動減衰滑り平軸受アセンブリ。
- 請求項5に記載の振動減衰滑り平軸受アセンブリを含む自動車用シート。
- 摺動材料を含む摺動層と、金属を含む寸法安定性支持層と、弾性層とを含む振動減衰滑り平軸受複合材を製造する方法において、
前記摺動材料が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、フッ素化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン(PCTFE)、ペルフルオロアルコキシポリマー(PFA)からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含み、
前記摺動層と、前記寸法安定性支持層と、前記弾性層とをそれぞれシート状の材料として用意するステップと、
前記摺動層をその領域にわたって前記寸法安定性支持層に接合するステップと、
前記弾性層をその領域にわたって前記寸法安定性支持層に、前記寸法安定性支持層の前
記摺動層とは面していない側において接合するステップと、を含み、
前記弾性層の厚さtELが、前記摺動層tSLの厚さの少なくとも3倍であることを特徴とする方法。
