Claims (8)
- 두께방향으로 편평하고, 적어도 1개의 측면(1c)에 사이드 게이트 흔적(2, 2a)이 형성된 투명한 성형수지체(1)와;이 성형수지체의 적어도 상부면(1a)에 설치되어, 상기 사이드 게이트 흔적이 형성된 측면(1c)에 인접하는 상부면 가장자리를 상기 성형수지체(1)의 상기 상부면 측에서 상기 사이드 게이트 흔적(2, 2a)이 보이지 않도록 피복하는 피복층(3) 및;상기 성형수지체(1)의 하부면(1b)에 형성되고서 상기 피복층(3)보다도 면적이 크게 된 가식층(4);을 구비하여 이루어진 성형 동시 가식성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사이드 게이트 흔적(2, 2a)의 상기 성형수지체의 두께방향 치수가 0.4mm 이상이고, 상기 측면 상의 사이드 게이트 흔적(2, 2a)의 절단면과 상기 성형수지체의 두께방향이 이루는 각도가 0 ~ 60°인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 동시 가식성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복층(3)이, 상기 사이드 게이트 흔적(2, 2a)이 형성된 상기 측면(1c)에 인접하는 상부면 가장자리 전체에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 동시 가식성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복층(3)의 상기 측면을 따른 폭 치수가, 상기 사이드 게이트 흔적(2, 2a)의 상기 측면에 따른 방향의 치수와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 동시 가식성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복층(3)이, 상기 성형수지체(1)의 측면에 직교하는 방향이면서 두께방향의 단면에서, 상기 측면(1c)으로부터 떨어진 쪽의 상기 피복층의 단부(3a)와 상기 측면의 하단(4a)을 잇는 가상선(40)을 상정했을 때, 이 가상선(40)과 상기 성형수지체(1)의 두께방향이 이루는 각(α)이 45°이상으로 되도록 상기 성형수지체(1)의 상부면 가장자리가 피복되어, 상기 성형수지체(1)의 상기 상부면 측에서 상기 사이드 게이트 흔적(2, 2a)이 보이지 않도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 동시 가식성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형수지체(1)가 화면부분(50)을 구비한 수지패널이고, 상기 사이드 게이트 흔적(2, 2a)은 상기 화면부분(50) 근방에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 동시 가식성형품.
- 적어도 제1전사층(35)을 구비한 제1가식시트(11)를, 상기 제1전사층(35)이 사이드 게이트부(19a)와 성형용 공간부(17)의 경계부분에 상당하는 위치로 되도록 사출성형 금형의 제1금형(15)에 배치하는 한편, 적어도 상기 제1전사층(35)보다 면적이 큰 제2전사층(35)을 구비한 제2가식시트(12)를 사출성형 금형의 제2금형(16)에 배치하고;상기 제1금형(15)과 제2금형(16)의 몰드닫힘에 의해 상기 성형용 공간부(17)를 형성한 후, 이 성형용 공간부(17)에 사이드 게이트부(19a)로부터 성형수지를 주입하여 사출성형품을 형성함과 동시에 상기 사출성형품 표면에 상기 제1전사층(35) 및 제2전사층(35)이 전사되도록 상기 제1가식시트(11) 및 제2가식시트(12)를 일체로 접착시키고;상기 제1금형(15)과 제2금형(16)으로부터 상기 사출성형품을 취출하여, 상기 사이드 게이트부(19a)에 의해 성형된 사이드 게이트 수지형성부(19)를 상기 사출성형품의 두께방향에 대해 60°이하로 되는 방향으로 절단해서 성형 동시 가식성형품으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 동시 가식성형품의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 사출성형품의 두께방향에 대해 0°로 되는 방향으로 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 동시 가식성형품의 제조방법.
