- 수지성형물을 성형할 때, 이 수지성형물의 표면에 가식 시트를 일체로 설치해서 가식 성형품을 얻는 사출성형 동시 가식 방법에 있어서,(A) 투명 수지 기재 시트(1)와 광휘성층(2)을 포함한 적층체를 가열하고, 적층체에 엠보씽가공을 실시해서, 투명 수지 기재 시트(1)의 표면에 상대적으로 주위보다도 광택이 높은 고광택 영역(H)과, 상대적으로 상기 고광택 영역(H)보다 광택이 낮은 저광택 영역(L)을 형성함과 더불어, 투명 기재 시트(1)의 두께를 고광택 영역(H)에서는 상대적으로 주위보다도 두껍고, 저광택 영역(L)에서는 상대적으로 상기 고광택 역역(H)보다 얇은 가식 시트(S)를 만드는 시트 제작 공정과,(B) 가식 시트(S)를 가열 연화시켜, 소망하는 형상의 가식 성형품(Pd)에 대응하는 형상으로 진공성형하는 진공성형 공정 및,(C) 진공성형이 된 가식 시트(S)를 사출성형 몰드 내에 그 표면 측이 사출성형 몰드 내면을 향하도록 배치하고서, 이 사출성형 몰드 내부에 수지를 사출해서 이 수지를 고화시켜 수지 성형품을 성형함과 더불어, 수지 성형품의 표면에 가식 시트를 일체로 설치해서 가식 성형품을 얻는 사출성형 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형 동시 가식 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 적층체의 투명 수지 기재 시트(S)가, 표면 측에 위치하는 제1 투명 수지 기재 시트(11)와, 이면 측에 위치하는 제2 투명 수지 기재 시트(12)를 갖되, 상기 제1 투명 수지 기재 시트(11)는 결정성 수지로 이루어지는 한편, 제2 투명 수지 기재 시트(12)는 비결정성 수지로 이루어지고, 제1 투명 수지 기재 시트(11)의 융점이 제2 투명 수지 기재 시트(12)의 연화온도보다 높게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형 동시 가식 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 시트 제작 공정에서, 제1 투명 수지 기재 시트(11)의 융점 이상의 온도에서 엠보씽가공을 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형 동시 가식 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 진공성형 공정에서, 제2 투명 수지 기재 시트(12)의 연화점 이상이고 제1 투명수지 기재 시트의 융점 미만인 온도에서 진공성형 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형 동시 가식 방법.
