Description
まず、第1の発明は、板状部材に板面方向に差し込まれることでこの板状部材を板厚方向に挟持した状態となって取り付けられる金属製のバネクリップである。このバネクリップは、板状部材を互いの間に差し込み可能な一対の挟持片と、この一対の挟持片のうちの少なくとも一方からこの両挟持片の間に向かって突出する板状の係止爪と、を有する。この係止爪は、板状部材が一対の挟持片の間に差し込まれることで押されて撓み変形し、その弾発力によりその先端側の当接縁部を板状部材の板面に食い込ませるように押し付けて、板状部材を抜けないように保持する構成とされている。係止爪の根元部には、係止爪を撓ませやすくする脆弱部が形成されている。さらに、係止爪は、その先端側の端面がプレス加工によって板厚方向に打ち抜かれて形成されており、プレス加工の打ち抜き方向が、当接縁部の位置する側の面から裏面側に向かって打ち抜かれる設定とされることにより、プレス加工によって生成されるダレが当接縁部に形成され、同じく生成されるバリが裏面側の縁部に形成されている。

Claims (2)
- 板状部材に板面方向に差し込まれることで当該板状部材を板厚方向に挟持した状態となって取り付けられる金属製のバネクリップであって、
前記板状部材を互いの間に差し込み可能な一対の挟持片と、
前記一対の挟持片のうちの少なくとも一方から当該両挟持片の間に向かって突出する板状の係止爪と、を有し、
前記係止爪は、前記板状部材が前記一対の挟持片の間に差し込まれることで押されて撓み変形し、その弾発力によりその先端側の当接縁部を前記板状部材の板面に食い込ませるように押し付けて前記板状部材を抜けないように保持する構成とされ、
前記係止爪の根元部に当該係止爪を撓ませやすくする脆弱部が形成され、
前記係止爪は、その先端側の端面がプレス加工により板厚方向に打ち抜かれて形成され、前記プレス加工の打ち抜き方向が前記当接縁部の位置する側の面から裏面側に向かって打ち抜かれる設定とされることにより、前記プレス加工により生成されるダレが前記当接縁部に形成され、同じく生成されるバリが前記裏面側の縁部に形成されていることを特徴とするバネクリップ。 - 請求項1に記載のバネクリップであって、
前記係止爪が前記少なくとも一方の挟持片から切り起こされて形成され、前記脆弱部は前記係止爪が切り起こされる根元部の前記挟持片に対する切り込みのスリット幅を他の部位よりも広げることで前記根元部の板幅を部分的に狭めた構成としたものであることを特徴とするバネクリップ。
