Claims (6)
- 複数の電池が直列に接続された電池回路と、
前記複数の電池のそれぞれを前記電池回路から除外する複数のバイパス回路と、
前記複数の電池をそれぞれ直列に接続させるか前記複数のバイパス回路のそれぞれに接続させて前記電池回路から除外するかを切り換える複数のスイッチと、
前記複数の電池のそれぞれの劣化を検出する劣化検出部と、
前記複数のスイッチを制御して、前記複数の電池のうち、劣化が最も小さい前記電池との劣化の差が所定値以下の前記電池を直列に接続させ、劣化の差が所定値を越える前記電池を前記電池回路から除外するスイッチ制御部と
を備える電池制御装置。 - 前記電池回路から負荷に供給される電力が不足するか否かを判断する電力不足判断部をさらに備え、
前記スイッチ制御部は、
前記電池回路から前記負荷に供給される電力が不足している場合、前記スイッチを制御して、前記電池回路から除外されている前記電池を前記電池回路に接続させる
請求項1に記載の電池制御装置。 - 前記電池回路の電圧を検出する電圧検出部をさらに備え、
前記スイッチ制御部は、前記電池回路の電圧が所定値以下になった場合、前記複数のスイッチを制御して、前記電池回路から除外されている前記電池を直列に接続させる
請求項1または2に記載の電池制御装置。 - 前記電池回路の電流を検出する電流検出部をさらに備え、
前記スイッチ制御部は、前記複数のスイッチを制御して、前記複数の電池のそれぞれを順次直列に接続させ、直列に接続させる当該電池以外の前記電池を前記電池回路から除外した状態にし、
前記電流検出部は、前記電池回路の電流を検出することで、前記複数の電池のそれぞれから流れる電流を検出し、
前記劣化検出部は、前記複数の電池から流れるそれぞれの電流から、前記複数の電池のそれぞれの劣化を検出する
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の電池制御装置。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の電池制御装置を備える車両。
- 電池回路が有する直列に接続された複数の電池の劣化をそれぞれ検出する劣化検出工程と、
前記複数の電池のそれぞれを直列に接続させるか、前記複数の電池のそれぞれを前記電池回路から除外するバイパス回路に接続させるかを切り換える複数のスイッチを制御して、前記複数の電池のうち、劣化が最も小さい前記電池との劣化の差が所定値以下の前記電池を直列に接続させ、劣化の差が所定値を越える前記電池を前記電池回路から除外するスイッチ制御工程と
を備える電池制御方法。
