Claims (12)
- 複数の単位電池と,前記単位電池を電気的に連結する連結具とを含む二次電池モジュールにおいて,
前記単位電池と前記連結具との間に設けられるスペーサを含むことを特徴とする,二次電池モジュール。 - 前記スペーサは,前記単位電池の端子と接触するように配置されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記スペーサは,前記複数の単位電池間に延長されてなることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記スペーサは,前記電池モジュールに対応する長さに伸びており,前記各単位電池の端子が挿入される挿入孔が一定間隔で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記スペーサは,一側に,前記複数の単位電池のケースが嵌合する嵌合溝が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項4に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記スペーサは,配置された前記複数の単位電池の隣り合う陽極端子と陰極端子とにより形成される2列の端子列のそれぞれを覆うように設けられることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記スペーサは,配置された前記複数の単位電池の全体を覆うように設けられることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記スペーサは,前記挿入孔を貫通して突出する隣り合う陽極端子と陰極端子とを連結して前記スペーサに載置される連結具と,前記陽極端子および前記陰極端子と締結される連結具固定部材とにより固定されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記スペーサは,絶縁物質からなることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記スペーサは,表面に絶縁物質が被覆されていることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記二次電池モジュールは,モータ駆動用であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 陽極と陰極とがセパレータを介して配置される電極組立体と,前記電極組立体を収納するケースと,前記ケースの一側面に形成された開口部を密閉するキャップ組立体と,前記陽極および前記陰極と電気的に連結されて前記キャップ組立体から突出する陽極端子および陰極端子とを含み,前記陽極端子と前記陰極端子とが交互に位置するように配置される複数の単位電池と;
前記陽極端子または前記陰極端子が挿入される挿入孔を有し,一側には前記ケースが嵌合する嵌合溝が形成され,前記単位電池上に配置される絶縁体のスペーサと;
前記挿入孔を貫通して突出する隣り合う前記陽極端子と前記陰極端子とを連結し,前記スペーサに載置される連結具と;
前記陽極端子または前記陰極端子と締結されて前記連結具を固定する連結具固定部材と;
を含むことを特徴とする,二次電池モジュール。
