Description
Claims (17)
- 복수개의 단위 전지와,표면에 돌기가 돌출형성되어 서로 접하는 두 개의 판재와, 상기 각 판재에 적어도 하나 이상 관통형성되는 접합홀과, 이 접합홀에 끼워져 양 판재를 결합시키는 고정핀을 포함하여 상기 단위 전지 사이에 설치되는 전지격벽을 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 고정핀은 상기 접합홀에 억지 끼움식으로 결합되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 판재는 서로 돌기가 마주보는 상태로 놓여져 각 돌기가 접한 구조의 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 두 개의 판재는 용접으로 부착되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 접합홀과 고정핀은 원형 또는 다각형태로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 접합홀은 상기 판재의 모서리에 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 고정핀은 상기 전지격벽의 두께와 대응되는 길이로 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 고정핀은 상기 전지격벽의 두께보다 더 길게 형성되어 전지격벽 외측으로 돌출되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 단위 전지는 상기 고정핀과 대응되는 위치의 외측면에 고정핀의 선단이 삽입되는 홈이 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전지 모듈은 모터 구동용인 이차 전지 모듈.
- 표면에 다수개의 돌기가 돌출형성되어 돌기가 상호 접하도록 마주보고 놓여 지는 한 쌍의 판재와,상기 각 판재의 서로 대응되는 위치에 관통 형성되는 접합홀,상기 각 판재의 접합홀에 끼워져 판재를 결합하는 고정핀을 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈의 전지격벽.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 고정핀은 상기 접합홀에 억지 끼움식으로 결합되는 이차 전지 모듈의 전지격벽.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 두 개의 판재는 용접으로 부착되는 이차 전지 모듈의 전지격벽.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 접합홀과 고정핀은 원형 또는 다각형태로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈의 전지격벽.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 접합홀은 상기 판재의 모서리에 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈의 전지격벽.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 고정핀은 상기 전지격벽의 두께와 대응되는 길이로 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈의 전지격벽.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 고정핀은 상기 전지격벽의 두께보다 더 길게 형성되어 전지격벽 외측으로 돌출되는 이차 전지 모듈의 전지격벽.
