도 1b는 부스바상에 전열층이 형성된 모습을 나타낸 사시도.
도 2는 각 전지스택의 전원단자부가 부스바를 통해 연결된 상태를 나타낸 개략도.
도 3은 부스바와 전원단자부 간 결합구조 및 절연층이 부스바 내외측면 상에 구비되되 접촉판과의 연결구간을 제외한 나머지 전체구간 상에 구비된 상태를 나타낸 일부확대 단면도.
도 4는 절연층이 부스바의 내측면 상에 구비되되 접촉판재와의 연결구간을 제외한 나머지 구간 상에 구비된 상태를 나타낸 일부확대 단면도.
도 5는 절연층이 부스바의 내측면 상에만 구비된 경우를 나타낸 일부확대 단면도.
도 6은 절연층이 부스바의 외측면 상에만 구비된 경우를 나타낸 일부확대 단면도.

Claims (11)
- 복수개의 단위전지셀이 설치되고 일측에는 전원단자부가 구비된 복수개의 전지스택을 포함하는 집전케이스와;
복수개의 체결공이 길이방향을 따라 형성되고 각 체결공이 상기 전원단자부마다 끼워져 연결되는 부스바를 포함하되,
상기 부스바의 표면상에는 별도의 절연층이 구비되고,
상기 전원단자부는 각 전지단위셀의 전극과 연결된 상태에서 부스바 내측면이 접촉되는 연결패널과, 상기 연결패널과 연결되고 전지스택으로부터 돌출되어 부스바의 체결공에 관통되는 체결부재로 구성되고,
상기 체결부재가 체결공을 관통한 단부에 별도의 고정부재가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지스택의 전원단 연결구조. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 체결부재의 단부는 나사산이 형성된 체결돌기인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지스택의 전원단 연결구조. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 체결부재는 볼트이고, 상기 고정부재는 너트인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지스택의 전원단 연결구조. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 부스바 내측면이 접촉되는 연결패널에는 접촉판이 구비되어 상기 부스바와 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지스택의 전원단 연결구조. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 부스바 중 연결패널과 마주보는 내측면 상에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지스택의 전원단 연결구조. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 부스바 내측면 중 접촉판과의 접촉구간을 제외한 타 구간에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지스택의 전원단 연결구조. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 부스바 중 너트부재와 마주보는 외측면 상에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지스택의 전원단 연결구조. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 부스바 외측면 중 너트부재와의 접촉구간을 제외한 타 구간에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지스택의 전원단 연결구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 부스바의 체결공 내주면 상에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지스택의 전원단 연결구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 폴리염화비닐(polyvinyl chloride; PVC), 폴리에스터(polyester), 폴리아마이드(polyamid) 또는 우레탄(urethane)의 어느 하나의 물질을 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지스택의 전원단 연결구조.
