도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 전지모듈에서 한 쌍의 단위전지 및 버스바의 단면을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 전지모듈에 구비되는 버스바의 사시도이다.

Claims (9)
- 케이스 및 상기 케이스로부터 돌출된 전극단자를 포함하는 복수의 단위전지; 및
상기 복수의 단위전지 중 어느 한 쌍의 단위전지를 전기적으로 연결하는 버스바;를 포함하고,
상기 버스바는,
상기 한 쌍의 단위전지의 각 전극단자 사이에 삽입되는 단자결합부; 및
상기 한 쌍의 단위전지의 각 케이스 사이에 삽입되는 케이스결합부;를 포함하며,
상기 케이스결합부의 내부공간에 탄성을 가지는 절연부재가 마련되는 전지모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극단자 및 케이스는 서로 동일한 극성을 가지는 전지모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 단위전지는 상기 케이스의 폭방향을 따라 배열되고,
상기 단자결합부는 상기 복수의 단위전지의 배열방향을 따라 연장되고, 양단부가 각각 상기 한 쌍의 단위전지의 각 전극단자에 접촉되며,
상기 케이스결합부는 상기 단자결합부로부터 연장되고, 양측면이 각각 상기 한 쌍의 단위전지의 각 케이스에 접촉되는 전지모듈. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전극단자는 상기 단자결합부를 마주하는 일면에 상기 단자결합부가 삽입 결합되는 삽입홈이 형성되고,
상기 삽입홈은 상기 케이스의 길이방향측 일면이 개방되며,
상기 단자결합부는 상기 케이스의 길이방향을 따라 슬라이딩되어 상기 삽입홈에 삽입되는 전지모듈. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 케이스는 상기 케이스결합부를 마주보는 일면에 상기 케이스결합부가 삽입되는 단차홈이 형성되는 전지모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 케이스결합부는 상기 한 쌍의 단위전지의 이격거리 변화를 흡수하기 위한 내부공간이 형성되는 전지모듈. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 버스바는 전도성의 단일부재가 절곡되어 상기 단자결합부 및 케이스결합부가 형성되고, 상기 케이스의 길이방향을 따라 양측면이 개방되는 전지모듈. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 케이스결합부는 상기 단자결합부로부터 연장되고, 상기 내부공간이 외부로 노출되도록 단부가 개방되는 전지모듈. - 삭제
