Claims (20)
1. Nachrichtenübertragungsstation zur Nachrichtenübertragung mit einer zweiten Station
in einem zellularen Nachrichtenübertragungsnetzwerk unter Verwendung einer Spreizspektrum-Modulation, wobei die zweite Station an die
Nachrichtenübertragungsstation Leistungsbefehle überträgt, die auf einem von der
Nachrichtenübertragungsstation empfangenen Leistungspegel basieren, wobei die Nachrichtenübertragungsstation umfaßt:
einen einen verstellbaren Übertragerleistungspegel aufweisenden Übertrager (335,
341, 342) zur Übertragung von Spreizspektrum-Signalen;
Mittel (334, 335, 336, 339) zum aufeinanderfolgenden Empfangen von
Leistungsbefehlen von einer zweiten Station, mit der die Nachrichtenübertragung ausgeführt wird;
Mittel (344, 345, 246) zum Vergleichen einer Folge von mindestens zwei der
empfangenen Leistungsbefehle zur Feststellung, ob die empfangenen Befehle in der
Folge passen; und
Mittel (341) zur Verstellung des Übertragerleistungspegels mit derselben Rate wie
der Empfang der Leistungsbefehle;
wobei, falls die Befehlsfolge paßt, der Übertragerleistungspegel um einen anderen
Betrag verstellt wird, als wenn die Befehlsfolge nicht paßt.
2. Nachrichtenübertragungsstation nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Leistungsbefehle mit einer
Rate in dem Bereich von 100 Hertz bis 100 Kilohertz empfangen werden.
3. Nachrichtenübertragungsstation nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verstellungen zur
Erhöhung des Übertragerleistungspegels größer sind als die Verstellungen zur Erniedrigung des Übertragerleistungspegels.
4. Übertragungsstation nach Anspruch 1, wobei, falls die Befehlsfolge paßt, eine Größe
aufeinanderfolgender Verstellungen des Übertragerleistungspegels um einen festen
Prozentsatz erhöht und, falls die Befehlsfolge nicht paßt, die Größe aufeinanderfolgender Verstellungen des Übertragerleistungspegels um den festen
Prozentsatz erniedrigt wird.
5. Nachrichtübertragungsstation nach Anspruch 4, wobei der feste Prozentsatz fünfzig
Prozent beträgt.
6. Nachrichtenübertragungsstation nach Anspruch 4, wobei der feste Prozentsatz ein
Prozent beträgt.
7. Nachrichtenübertragungsstation nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Befehlsfolge zwei Befehle
umfaßt.
8. Verfahren zur Verstellung eines Übertragerleistungspegels, der mit einem Übertrager
einer Nachrichtenübertragungsstation verknüpft ist, wobei die Nachrichtenübertragungsstation Nachrichten mit einer zweiten Station in einem
zellularen Nachrichtenübertragungsnetzwerk unter Verwendung einer Spreizspektrum-Modulation
austauscht, wobei die zweite Station an die Nachrichtenübertragungsstation Leistungsbefehle überträgt, die auf einem von der Nachrichtenübertragungsstation
empfangenen Leistungspegel basieren, wobei das Verfahren umfaßt:
ein aufeinanderfolgendes Empfangen von Leistungsbefehlen von der zweiten Station,
mit der die Nachrichtenübertragung durchgeführt wird;
ein Vergleichen einer Folge von mindestens zwei der empfangenen Leistungsbefehle
zur Feststellung, ob die empfangenen Befehle in der Folge passen; und

ein Verstellen des Übertragerleistungpegels mit einer selben Rate wie der Empfang der Leistungsbefehle;
ein Verstellen des Übertragerleistungpegels mit einer selben Rate wie der Empfang der Leistungsbefehle;
wobei, falls die Befehlsfolge paßt, der Übertragerleistungspegel um einen anderen
Betrag verstellt wird, als wenn die Befehlsfolge nicht paßt.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei Leistungsbefehle von der zweiten Station mit einer
Rate in dem Bereich von 100 Hertz bis 100 Kilohertz empfangen werden.
10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Verstellungen zur Erhöhung des
Übertragerleistungspegels größer sind als die Verstellungen zur Erniedrigung des
Übertragerleistungspegels.
11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei, falls die Befehlsfolge paßt, eine Größe
aufeinanderfolgender Verstellungen des Übertragerleistungspegels um einen festen
Prozentsatz erhöht wird und, falls die Befehlsfolge nicht paßt, die Größe aufeinanderfolgender Verstellungen des Übertragerleistungspegels um den festen
Prozentsatz erniedrigt wird.
12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei der feste Prozentsatz fünfzig Prozent beträgt.
13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei der feste Prozentsatz ein Prozent beträgt.
14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Befehlsfolge zwei Befehle umfaßt.
15. Zellulares Nachrichtenübertragungsnetzwerk unter Verwendung einer Spreizspektrum-Modulation,
aufweisend eine erste und eine zweite Nachrichtenübertragungsstation, wobei die zweite Station an die Nachrichtenübertragungsstation Leistungsbefehle
überträgt, die auf einem von der ersten Station empfangenen Leistungspegel basieren,
wobei das Netzwerk umfaßt:

Mittel (233) zum Empfangen von Nachrichtenübertragungen von der ersten Station und zur Feststellung eines empfangenen Leistungspegels der empfangenen Nachrichtenübertragungen; und
Mittel (233) zum Empfangen von Nachrichtenübertragungen von der ersten Station und zur Feststellung eines empfangenen Leistungspegels der empfangenen Nachrichtenübertragungen; und
Mittel (226, 237) zur Übertragung von Leistungsbefehlen an die erste Station, teilweise
basierend auf dem empfangenen Leistungspegel -; und
die erste Station, die aufweist:
einen einen verstellbaren Übertragerleistungspegel aufweisenden Übertrager (335,
341, 342) zur Übertragung von Spreizspektrum-Signalen;
Mittel (334, 335, 336, 339) zum aufeinanderfolgenden Empfangen der
Leistungsbefehle von der zweiten Station;
Mittel (344, 345, 346) zum Vergleichen einer Folge von mindestens zwei der
empfangenen Leistungsbefehle zur Feststellung, ob die empfangenen Befehle in der Folge passen; und
Mittel (341) zur Verstellung des Übertragerleistungspegels mit einer selben Rate
wie der Empfang der Leistungsbefehle;
wobei, falls die Befehlsfolge paßt, der Übertragerleistungspegel um einen
anderen Betrag verstellt wird, als wenn die Befehlsfolge nicht paßt.
16. Netzwerk nach Anspruch 15, wobei die zweite Station die Leistungsbefehle in dem
Bereich von 100 Hertz bis 100 Kilohertz überträgt.
17. Netzwerk nach Anspruch 15, wobei die Verstellungen zur Erhöhung des
Übertragerleistungspegels größer sind als die Verstellungen zur Erniedrigung des
Übertragerleistungspegels.
18. Netzwerk nach Anspruch 15, wobei, falls die Befehlsfolge paßt, eine Größe
aufeinanderfolgender Verstellungen des Übertragerleistungspegels um einen festen
OE/EP 1 0&Lgr;3 844 TT
Prozentsatz erhöht wird und, falls die Befehlsfolge nicht paßt, die Größe
aufeinanderfolgender Verstellungen des Übertragerleistungspegels um den festen Prozentsatz erniedrigt wird.
19. Netzwerk nach Anspruch 18, wobei der feste Prozentsatz fünfzig Prozent beträgt.
20. Netzwerk nach Anspruch 18, wobei der feste Prozentsatz ein Prozent beträgt.
