Abstract
The invention discloses a pesticide composition containing imidacloprid and fluopicolide and a preparation method thereof, wherein the pesticide composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: imidacloprid: 6-8 parts of fluopicolide: 6-8 parts of polyacrylate dispersant, 2-4 parts of modified alkyl sulfate wetting agent, 4-6 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 10-13 parts of binder, 4-6 parts of disintegrant and 23-27 parts of corn starch, and the preparation steps are as follows: s1: the raw materials are taken according to the parts by weight and are sequentially put into a mixer to be fully and uniformly mixed for 30-40min, so that mixed powder is obtained; s2: crushing the uniformly mixed powder into proper fineness distribution by a jet mill; s3: uniformly adding water into the crushed materials in a kneading machine for mixing, and putting the kneaded wet materials into a granulator for extrusion granulation; s4: the extruded wet granules are transferred to a fluidized bed and dried under the action of a gas stream at a suitable temperature.
