Abstract

Description

车体表面处理设备
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的用于处理一个或多个车体表面的设备。
GB2,229,381公开了一种车体的表面处理设备。其中车体被转过180°而浸入一处理槽,再反转从此槽中移出。在所述设备中,车体借助于装载台之类的装置而被紧固。有车体安装其上的装载台组成的机构被放置在一个滚子滑台上,而该滚子滑台则装备有若干非被驱动的滚子,它们可以实现横向于车体纵轴线的位移。藉这些非被驱动的滚子滑台,装载台连同车体一起从处理槽被送往下面的工位。
由车体、装载台及滚子滑台组成的整体件被推入布置在每个处理槽之上的支座中。该支座的旋轴轴线横向于车体的纵轴线,且平行于输送方向。通过绕所述轴线转过180°,该由车体、装载台及滚子滑台组成的整体组件能被浸入上述处理槽中。在浸没过程中,上述的支座及由车体、装载台及滚子滑台组成的单位通过锁紧螺栓互相被连接起来。
为了运送车体或滚子滑台,设有一条伸过若干具有相应处理槽的处理工位的传送带。这些处理工位并排布置,所述传送带从一个处理槽至另一个处理槽运送滚子滑台,而滚子滑台上分别安置有带车体的装载台。为此,靠滚子滑台的直立的装载台部件安装在上述传送带上。这种类型引入车体的设备有如下之优点,即借助于一简单的机构使处理槽内的处理液的溢出量减至最小。其中,车体被转动并借助前侧或后侧而浸入处理槽内。在旋转过程中,锁在车体内的空气连续地从车体窗口逸出。
上述构造的设备总的来说较为复杂且只适用于很小的装置。当一车体浸入时,下一个车体必须等到第一个车体的处理时间完了以后才能进行处理。在预处理的情况下,各处理阶段需多达三分钟的处理时间,在阴极浸涂中甚至更长。
考虑到以上提及的问题,本发明的目的是想提供一种更简单的设备,它借助于转动装置将至少一个车体浸入一处理槽,当前一车体浸入时可使后一车体推入到上述转动装置上,并且可松开地连接起来。
上述目的可借助于权利要求1所述特征的设备来达到。
根据所述结构,提供一用于接纳和固紧车体的装载架。所述装载架和车体在整个处理期间彼此于一台总的设备中是不分开的,所述设备是由一系列的具有一个处理槽的工作站(工位)排列而成。该带车体的装载架借助于一个或多个从动转子滚子而推到一转动装置上,并由固紧装置可公开地与之连接。所述转动装置安置在处理槽之上,包括一个与车体运送方向呈横向的旋转轴。通过转动装置的转动,车体以这样的方式被引入,即车体借助其前端或后端浸入处理槽内。由于只需便宜的各车体装载架,减少了费用。另外,由于完全取消了已有技术的众装载台,本发明的设备不再需要为这些装载台设置转送区。为了进一步运送带车体的装载架,还分别对转动装置的上、下侧上的一个或多个转动滚子进行驱动。因而,可以对各装载架实行独立运送。
此外,由于本发明设备简单的结构,可以增加将车体引入处理槽内的速率,使得当一个车体浸入时,另一车体连同装载架一起可从该处理槽上面通过。作为另一实施例,在转动装置的上、下面均设有固紧装置,使得当一个车体浸入时,诸车体中的另一个被推入并固定在所述的装置上。该被浸入的车体及新的、尚未处理的车体然后通过转动进行位置交换。
因此,整个设备的生产能力只受浸入时间的限制,不再受限于处理时间,从而允许象阴极浸涂之类的较长时间的处理工艺。
采用已知的装载技术,可使喷涂和浸渍工艺结合起来,不仅在预处理过程而且在车体浸涂过程也如此。
下面参考附图,以示例方式对本发明作详细介绍。
图1示出了一个带有根据发明的转动装置的处理槽之纵剖图,及
图2为沿图1中I-I线的剖面图。
在本发明设备中,一转动装置2安装在处理槽的上面。借助于容器壁12上的轴承块10,转动装置2以旋转轴7的左右两端支承在处理槽上。驱动装置1用法兰固定并接在旋转轴7的一端,通过一传动机构使旋转轴7转动。在转动装置2的上下侧,分别装设有由若干导向滚子8,一固紧装置4a,4b(只有上侧才有)及一些转动滚子3a,3b组成的接纳装置。所述导向滚子8及转动滚子3a,3b做成轮圈状,使得装载架5的各纵向托架能通过它们导引。在运送期间,它们还提供对装载架的侧向支承。这些转动滚子3a,3b及导向滚子8沿上下侧等距布置,并可转动地被支承,使得装载架5在运送方向可推入或离开转动装置2。为此,转动滚子3a,3b分别由一根输送带6连接起来,转动滚子3a,3b之一通过诸如马达传动装置之类的滚子驱动装置12a,12b而被驱动。一个接纳装置的滚子3a,3b及8一起构成了一装载架的支承装置。为使转动装置与装载架5之间进行可松开的连接,将固紧装置4a,4b设置在转动装置2上侧面的两侧上。
下面将对本实施例的工作方式作一介绍。车体在一系列处理站(工位)进行表面处理或处理之前,被固紧到装载架5上。装载架5然后由导向滚子8并通过转动滚子3a被运送到转动装置2上。在这种情况下,装载架5由安装在转动装置2上的滚子3a及8构成的侧向导向装置导向。当装载架5处在转动装置2的正确位置时,转动滚子3a的滚子驱动装置12a停止工作,通过固紧装置4a,4b将装载架5固紧到转动装置2上。这一固紧过程可通过对与装载架5接合的固紧装置4a,4b的夹紧或拧紧来完成。然后整个转动装置2转过180°。在转动过程中,转动装置2连同装载架5及车体通过车体的前侧或后侧浸入处理槽11中。转动过程完成以后,所述车体完全浸在处理槽内。藉180°旋转,早先的上、下侧位置已作颠倒,目前的下侧就指上述的上侧。转动装置2的上侧还可设一个或多个接纳装置,当一车体浸入时,它们可使一个新的带有另一车体的装载架通过。
在另一实施例(未示)中,不仅上侧而且下侧也设有固紧装置4a,4b。当车体浸入时,另一装载架5可固定在当前的上侧。藉继续转动180°或反转180°,新安装的车体被浸入处理槽中,而处理好的车体同时从中取出。
在该实施例中,当然还可在上下侧安装若干接纳装置。

Claims (4)

1.  一种用于一个或多个车体表面处理的设备,包括一其上至少能固定一个车体、并通过转动180°将所述车体浸入处理槽中及借助于继续转动而将车体从所述槽中运出的转动装置,其特征在于:
转动装置(2)的旋转轴(7)横向于上述车体的运送方向布置,以及
在转动装置(2)的上侧面及下侧面分别设置一个或多个接纳装置,各用于接纳一个与所述车体可构开连接的装载架(5),每一装载架(5)能与所述转动装置(2)连接。
2.  根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述的接纳装置由若干引导及移送装载架(5)用的导向滚子(8)和转动滚子(3a,3b)及一个或多个用来在装载架(5)和转动装置(2)之间连接的固紧装置组成。
3.  根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于:接纳装置的转动滚子(3a及3b)中的至少一个,最好为二个,由滚子驱动装置(12a,12b)驱动。
4.  根据权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于:接纳装置的若干转动滚子(3a,3b)由一根输送带连接起来。
