Claims (26)
- 0.89 내지 0.97의 밀도를 가지며; 2.5 내지 60의 Mw/Mn를 갖고, 1 내지 100의 F1를 갖는 에틸렌 중합체, 에틸렌 공중합체 또는 그 혼합물을 포함하는 수지 조성물로서, 상기 수지는 상이한 분자량을 갖는 두 성분의 혼합물을 포함하여 이때 상기 두성분 중의 하나는 고분자량(HMW) 성분이고 상기 두 성분 중의 나머지 하나는 HMW 보다 작은 분자량을 갖는 저분자량(LMW) 성분이며, 상기 HMW 성분은 0.05 내지 50의 F1를 갖고, 상기 LMW 성분은 0.1 내지 20,000의 MI 및 2 내지 30의 Mw/Mn를 가지며 입자 형태의 상기 혼합물의 Mw 및 Mw/Mn은 중량 평균 압자 직경의 범위에 걸쳐 거의 일정한 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.01 내지 0.04인치(0.25 내지 1mm)의 중량 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 입자 형태인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 0.930 내지 0.970g/cc의 밀도를 갖는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 0.940 내지 0.970의 비중을 갖는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 0.930s 내지 0.940의 비중을 갖는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Mw/Mn이 10 내지 40인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 도는 제2항에 있어서, Mw/Mn이 15 내지 30인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 또는 공중합체는 IR에 의해 측정된 총 불포화도가 탄소 원자 1000개 당 0.1 내지 3.0인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가교가능한 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, LMW 성분의 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn이 2 내지 5 수지 조성물.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌의 단독 중합체인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 3 내지 10개의 탄소 원자로 된 알파 올레핀의 공중합체인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 4 내지 8개의 탄소 원자로 된 알파 올레핀의 공중합체인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐, 4-메틸 펜텐 및 그것의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 알파 올레핀과 에틸렌의 공중합체인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 1-헥센의 공중합체인 수지 조성물.

- 메탈로센 전이 금속을 포함하는 촉매 존재하에 단일 반응기에서 에틸렌을, 또는 에틸렌 및 다른 올레핀계 물질을 중합시키는 단계를 포함하는 제1항에서 정의한 수지 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 비-메탈로센 전이금속 함유 화합물을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
