Claims (20)

  1. a) (i) 일반식 H2C=CHR(여기서, R은 H또는 C2-6직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬이다)을 갖고 85중량%이상의 프로필렌을 함유하며 아이소택틱 지수가 75보다 큰 알파-올레핀 하나 이상과 프로필렌의 공중합체, (ii) 아이소택틱 지수가 75보다 큰 폴리부텐-1, (iii) 밀도가 0.95g/㎤이상인 에틸렌 단독중합체 또는 에틸렌과 밀도가 0.915g/㎤이상인 C3-8알파-올레핀의 공중합체, (iv) 아이소택틱 지수가 85보다 큰 프로필렌의 단독중합체 10내지 90부(열가소성 올레핀 중합체를 기준으로 함)와 혼합된 중합체 분획(i), (ii)또는 (iii), 또는 이들 중합체 분획만의 혼합물 또는 아이소택틱 지수가 85보다 큰 프로필렌의 단독중합체 10내지 90부(열가소성 올레핀 중합체를 기준으로 함)와 혼합된 이들 중합체 분획의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 결정성 중합체 분획 60내지 약 85부, b) 실질적으로 성분 c)를 제조하는 데 사용되는 알파-올레핀 또는 2개의 알파-올레핀이 사용될 경우 최대량으로 존재하는 알파-올레핀 단위로 구성된, 실온에서 크실렌에 불용성이며 반-결정성, 저밀도인 기본적으로 선형인 공중합체 분획 약 1내지 15부, 및 c) 디엔 1내지 10%또는 일반식 H2C=CHR (여기서, R은 상기에서 정의한 바와 동일하다)의 상이한 알파-올레핀 터모노머 1내지 20%를 갖거나 갖지 않는, 경우에 따라 터모노머로서 존재하는 알파-올레핀을 제외한 알파-올레핀 약 30내지 약 80중량%를 함유하고 실온에서 크실렌에 가용성인, 프로필렌 및 일반식 H2C=CHR(여기서, R은 상기에서 정의한 바와 동일하다)의 알파-올레핀의 비결정성 공중합체 분획 약 10내지 39부[여기서, 성분 a), b) 및 c)의 총량은 100부이다]를 포함하고, 1000MPa 이하 내지 150MPa의 굴곡 모듈러스, 7MPa보다 큰 인장 강도, -18℃에서 유연 충격 파단을 일으키게 하는 충격 강도 및 200%이상의 파단점 신장률을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 올레핀 중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 (i)인 중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 (ii)인 중합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 (iii)인 중합체.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, (i)이 프로필렌 및 에틸렌의 공중합체인 중합체.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, (i)의 아이소택틱 지수가 90보다 큰 중합체.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, (ii)의 아이소택틱 지수가 85보다 큰 중합체.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, (iii)이 에틸렌과 1내지 10%의 알파-올레핀의 공중합체인 중합체.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, (iii)이 에틸렌과 부텐-1의 공중합체인 중합체.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, (iii)이 에틸렌의 단독중합체인 중합체.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 성분a)가, 아이소택틱 지수가 85보다 큰 프로필렌의 단독중합체 10내지 90부(열가소성 올레핀 중합체를 기준으로 함)과 혼합된 (i)인 중합체.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 굴곡 모듈러스가 150내지 700MPa이고, 인장 강도가 10MPa보다 크고, 파단점 신장율이 500%보다 크고, 충격 강도가 바람직하게는 -29℃에서 유연 충격 파단을 일으키게 하는 정도인 중합체.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 굴곡 모듈러스가 500내지 700MPa이고, 인장 강도가 13MPa보다 크며, 파단점 신장율이 500%보다 큰 중합체.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 평균 직경이 250내지 7000μ이고, 유동능이 30초 미만이고, 용적 밀도(압축됨)가 0.4g/cc 이상인 구형 입자 형태로 존재하는 중합체.
  15. 제2항에 있어서, 굴곡 모듈러스가 150내지 700MPa이고, 인장 강도가 10MPa보다 크고, 파단점 신장율이 500%보다 크고, 충격 강도가 바람직하게는 -29℃에서 유연 충격 파단을 일으키게 하는 정도인 중합체.
  16. 제2항에 있어서, 굴곡 모듈러스가 500내지 700MPa이고, 인장 강도가 13MPa보다 크고, 파단점 신장율이 500%보다 큰 중합체.
  17. 제2항에 있어서, 평균 직경이 250내지 7000μ이고, 유동능이 30초 미만이고, 용적 밀도(압축됨)가 0.4g/cc 보다 큰 구형 입자 형태로 존재하는 중합체.
  18. 모든 중합 반응 단계에서 트리알킬알루미늄 화합물, 전자 공여체, 및 티탄의 할라이드 또는 할로겐-알코올레이트 및 무수 마그네슘 클로라이드상에 지지된 전자-공여체 화합물을 함유하는 고체 촉매 성분(이 성분은 100㎡/g미만의 표면적, 약 0.2내지 0.4cc/g의 다공성, 공극의 500%이상이 100°A보다 큰 반경을 갖는 공극 용적 분포를 갖고, 33.5°와 35°의 2v의 각 사이에서 최대 강도를 갖는 할로를 나타내는 마그네슘 클로라이드 리플렉션을 나타내며 14.95°의 2v에서 리플렉션을 나타내지 않는 X-선 스펙트럼을 갖는다)을 포함하는 촉매를 사용하여, 성분 a)를 하나 이상의 제1단계에서 제조하고 성분 b)및 c)를 하나 이상의 제2단계에서 제조하는, 선행의 중합 반응에서 생성된 중합체 물질의 존재하에서 후속적인 중합 반응을 수행하는 두 단계 이상의 연속 중합반응을 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항의 열가소성 올레핀 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 성분 a)의 중합 반응을 액체 단량체중에서 수행하고 성분 b)및 c)의 중합 반응을 기체상에서 수행하는 방법.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 중합 반응을 기체상에서 수행하는 방법.
