Abstract
제2 ECU(35)에는, 차륜(2L, 2R, 3L, 3R)의 슬립량을 검출하는 슬립량 검출기(56)를 접속한다. 제1 ECU(27)는, 모터ㆍ제너레이터(55)에 의한 회생 제동중에, 슬립량 검출기(56)의 검출치에 기초하여 전륜(2L, 2R)이 슬립하고 있는 것이 검출되고 있는 동안, 모터ㆍ제너레이터(55)의 회생 제동량을 미리 정해진 양 감소시킨 후, 그 회생 제동량을 미리 정해진 시간 유지하는 슬립 억제 제어를 반복하여 행하는 회생 슬립 제어 수단을 갖고 있다. 이 경우, 회생 슬립 제어 수단은, 전륜(2L, 2R)이 슬립하고 있는 것이 검출되었을 때의 회생 제동의 미리 정해진 감소량을, 그 후의 슬립 억제 제어에서의 회생 제동의 미리 정해진 감소량보다 크게 설정하고 있다.

Claims (10)
- 전동기에 의해 구동되어 상기 전동기의 회생 제동량을 제어함과 아울러, 각 차륜에 설치되어 액압을 받아 이동하는 마찰 라이닝을 갖는 마찰 제동 장치를 제어함으로써 차량을 제동하는 브레이크 제어 장치로서,
상기 차량에 설치된 상기 차륜의 슬립량을 검출하는 슬립량 검출 수단과,
상기 전동기에 의한 회생 제동중에, 상기 슬립량 검출 수단의 검출치에 의해 상기 차륜이 슬립하고 있는 것이 검출되고 있는 동안, 상기 회생 제동량을 미리 정해진 양 감소시킨 후, 감소시킨 회생 제동량을 미리 정해진 시간 유지하는 슬립 억제 제어를 반복하여 행하는 회생 슬립 제어 수단을 포함하며,
상기 회생 슬립 제어 수단은, 상기 차륜이 슬립하고 있는 것이 검출되었을 때의 상기 회생 제동량의 미리 정해진 감소량을, 그 후의 상기 슬립 억제 제어에서의 상기 회생 제동량의 미리 정해진 감소량보다 크게 설정하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차륜이 슬립하고 있는 것이 검출되었을 때의 상기 회생 제동의 미리 정해진 감소량은, 최초로 감소시키는 회생 제동량의 감소량인 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차륜이 슬립하고 있는 것이 검출되었을 때의 상기 회생 제동의 미리 정해진 감소량은, 상기 차륜이 슬립하고 있는 것을 검출하기 위한 슬립 임계치에 상당하는 회생 제동량보다 회생 제동량이 작아지는 감소량인 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미리 정해진 감소량은,
상기 차륜이 슬립하고 있는 것이 검출되었을 때의 최초의 상기 회생 제동량의 제1 감소량과,
상기 제1 감소량보다 작고, 상기 미리 정해진 시간 유지후에 상기 회생 제동량을 감소시키기 위한 제2 감소량이 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 제어 장치. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 감소량은, 상기 차륜이 슬립하고 있는 것을 검출하기 위한 슬립 임계치에 상당하는 회생 제동량보다 회생 제동량이 작아지는 감소량인 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회생 슬립 제어 수단은, 상기 슬립 억제 제어를 행하는 간격을 가변으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회생 슬립 제어 수단은, 상기 슬립 억제 제어를 행하는 간격을, 상기 슬립 억제 제어를 반복할 때마다 길게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회생 슬립 제어 수단은, 상기 슬립 억제 제어를 반복할 때마다 상기 미리 정해진 감소량을 작게 해 가는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회생 슬립 제어 수단은, 상기 마찰 제동 장치를 제어하는 컨트롤러에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 회생 슬립 제어 수단은, 상기 전동기의 회생 제동량을 제어하는 컨트롤러에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 제어 장치.
