Claims (8)
- 차량의 타력 주행 시, 상기 차량의 구동륜에 동력을 제공하는 구동 모터에 코스트 리젠 토크를 적용하는 단계;
상기 구동 모터에 코스트 리젠 토크가 적용되는 동안 차량의 휠슬립 발생을 검출하는 단계;
상기 휠슬립이 발생한 경우, 상기 차량의 속도 및 상기 구동륜의 휠속에 기반하여 휠속차이 또는 휠슬립율을 도출하고, 상기 코스트 리젠 토크의 크기 및 상기 휠속차이 또는 휠슬립율의 크기 및 변화량에 기반하여 도출된 상기 휠속차이 또는 휠슬립율의 보정이 요구되는지 판단하는 단계;
상기 판단하는 단계에서 보정이 요구되는 경우, 코스트리젠 토크의 변화율에 기반하여 보정값을 산출하는 단계; 및
상기 산출된 보정값을, 상기 판단하는 단계에서 도출된 상기 휠속차이 또는 휠슬립율에 적용하고, 상기 보정값이 적용된 휠속차이 또는 휠슬립율을 기반으로 상기 코스트 리젠 토크를 재설정하는 단계

상기 휠슬립율은 상기 차량의 속도와 상기 구동륜의 휠속 사이의 차이를 상기 차량의 속도로 제산하여 결정되거나, 상기 차량의 비구동륜의 휠속과 상기 구동륜의 휠속 사이의 차이를 상기 비구동륜으로로 제산하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코스트 리젠 토크 적용 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 판단하는 단계는,
상기 코스트 리젠 토크의 크기가 사전 설정된 제1 기준값보다 작고, 상기 차량의 속도 및 상기 구동륜의 휠속에 기반하여 도출된 휠속차이 또는 휠슬립율이 사전 설정된 제2 기준값보다 크고 제3 기준값보다 작은 범위인 경우, 상기 보정이 요구되는 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코스트 리젠 토크 적용 방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제1 기준값은 휠슬립이 발생하지 않을 것으로 예측되는 코스트 리젠 토크의 크기로 설정되고, 상기 제2 및 제3 기준값은 상기 차량의 휠에 슬립이 발생하지 않지만 상기 휠속차이 또는 휠슬립율을 도출하기 위한 연산을 통해 상기 휠속차이 또는 휠슬립율에 대한 특정값이 도출되는 것으로 예상되는 범위의 상하한치로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코스트 리젠 토크 적용 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 판단하는 단계는,
상기 코스트 리젠 토크의 변화율이 사전 설정된 제1 기준값보다 작고, 상기 차량의 속도 및 상기 구동륜의 휠속에 기반하여 도출된 휠속차이 또는 휠슬립율의 변화율이 사전 설정된 제2 기준값보다 작은 범위인 경우, 상기 보정이 요구되는 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코스트 리젠 토크 적용 방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 제1 기준값 및 제2 기준값은 상기 코스트 리젠 토크가 감소하였지만 상기 차량의 속도 및 상기 구동륜의 휠속에 기반하여 도출된 휠속차이 또는 휠슬립율이 감소하지 않는 범위의 상한치로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코스트 리젠 토크 적용 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 보정값은, 상기 코스트리젠 토크의 변화율을 변수로 하는 3차식의 형태로 사전에 결정된 것을 특징으로 하는 코스트 리젠 토크 적용 방법.
