Abstract
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 회생 제동 제어 방법은 회생 제동을 요구 받아 목표 회생 제동량을 결정하는 단계; 상기 목표 회생 제동량에 따른 회생 제동 토크에 따라 적어도 2개 이상의 회생 제동 모드를 구분하고, 상기 구분된 회생 제동 모드에 서로 다른 회생 제동 진입 기울기를 적용하는 단계; 그리고 상기 회생 제동 진입 기울기를 적용하여 회생 제동량을 제어하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 회생 제동 제어 방법을 나타내는 흐름도이다.
도 3(a)는 일반적인 하이브리드 차량에서 유압 제동과 회생 제동에 따라 하이브리드 차량의 감속도를 나타내는 그래프이고, 도 3(b)는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 회생 제동 제어 방법이 적용된 하이브리드 차량에서 유압 제동과 회생 제동에 따라 하이브리드 차량의 감속도를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 회생 제동 제어 방법을 나타내는 흐름도이다.
도 5는 일반적인 하이브리드 차량에서 회생 제동이 제한되다가 회생 제동 진입시 회생 제동 허용량과 회생 제동량에 따라 하이브리드 차량의 감속도를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (13)
- 모터의 구동 토크를 제어하는 모터 제어기;
제동 토크를 계산하여 구동 휠의 브레이크 실린더에 공급되는 유압을 제어하는 브레이크 제어기; 그리고
회생 제동 진입 기울기를 적어도 2개 이상의 모드로 구분하고 각 모드에 따라 다른 기울기를 적용하여 회생 제동 토크를 제어하는 하이브리드 제어기;
를 포함하며,
상기 하이브리드 제어기는 회생 제동이 제한을 받다가 회생 제동이 요구되는 경우 회생 제동 토크가 상승하는 시점에 회생 제동 종료 시점을 만나면 회생 제동을 수행하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하이브리드 제어기는 회생 제동 토크에 따라 회생 제동 발생 모드, 회생 제동 상승 모드 및 회생 제동 최대 모드로 구분하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 회생 제동 발생 모드는 상기 회생 제동 토크가 제1 설정 토크 미만인 경우로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 회생 제동 상승 모드는 상기 회생 제동 토크가 제1 설정 토크 이상이고, 제2 설정 토크 미만인 경우로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 회생 제동 최대 모드는 상기 회생 제동 토크가 제2 설정 토크 이상인 경우로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회생 제동 토크가 상승하는 시점은 현재 차속과 총 제동량을 고려하여 연산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 회생 제동 제어 장치. - 회생 제동을 요구 받아 목표 회생 제동량을 결정하는 단계;
상기 회생 제동을 요구 받는 경우 회생 제동이 제한이 있었는지를 판단하는 단계;
회생 제동 토크의 상승 시간 및 도달 시점을 연산하는 단계;
상기 회생 제동 토크의 도달 시점에 회생 제동 허용량이 감소하는 경우 회생 제동 제한을 유지하는 단계;
상기 목표 회생 제동량에 따른 회생 제동 토크에 따라 적어도 2개 이상의 회생 제동 모드를 구분하고, 상기 구분된 회생 제동 모드에 서로 다른 회생 제동 진입 기울기를 적용하는 단계; 그리고
상기 회생 제동 진입 기울기를 적용하여 회생 제동량을 제어하는 단계;
를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 회생 제동 제어 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 목표 회생 제동량에 따른 회생 제동 토크에 따라 적어도 2개 이상의 회생 제동 모드를 구분하고, 상기 구분된 회생 제동 모드에 서로 다른 회생 제동 진입 기울기를 적용하는 단계는
회생 제동 토크가 제1 설정 토크 미만이면 회생 제동 발생 모드 기울기를 적용하는 단계;
회생 제동 토크가 제1 설정 토크 이상이고 제2 설정 토크 미만이면 회생 제동 상승 모드 기울기를 적용하는 단계; 그리고
회생 제동 토크가 제2 설정 토크 이상이면 회생 제동 최대 모드 기울기를 적용하는 단계;
를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 회생 제동 제어 방법. - 삭제
